Pros:

i am not a complainer but if you don't want to sweat all night pick another hotel the air conditioning quality here is awful. The rooms are very dusty especially the bottom of the beds there was a pair of disgusting socks behind the bed and dust galore when i moved the fridge to fix the TV because they did not have anyone to look at it so i had to fix it m myself and the girl at the front had no urgency to help or even listen to me. she would not answer the phone when i called to let them know that i had fixed the tv. The handle in the shower would get stuck on super-hot and it took all my strength to unstick it. The breakfast was better on the second day. This is my favorite hotel away from home, the beds are always comfy, and the pillows are nice, but this particular location needs to upgrade their cleaning ladies and the air conditioning system. We had a room facing Vineland Road and there were loud noises outside the window it was very strange. You will sweat here!!! i promise and sweating at night does not allow for a restful sleep. the only good thing here is they have a pool free mediocre breakfast when they want, and the location is literally across from the entrance of Universal!~!!!! which we like to call Expensive Happy Ville :) the check in was easy and the girl was nice the first day.

Pros:

This hotel has definitely seen better days. The property feels old and rundown, and it’s clear that a full renovation is overdue. The elevators have an unpleasant smell, and the lobby furniture shows significant wear and tear. The rooms were musty and damp, and the carpet felt uncomfortable to walk on. The bathrooms offer very little counter space, which makes getting ready inconvenient. Breakfast left a lot to be desired as well. The only real positives are the free parking and complimentary transportation to the parks. Overall, the location perks are nice, but the hotel itself needs major improvements before I’d consider staying again.

Appreciated the shuttle to universal studios.

Outdated. Slow water in shower. Shower handle falls off. Poor breakfast. Don't even know how to cook oatmeal 😔 Everything was just a bit worse than any other Fairfield. Felt more like a cheap hotel.

La amplitud del cuarto y el desayuno muy variado e incluido en el precio. El parqueo es gratuito. La ubicación es muy conveniente para visitantes por turismo. Refrigeradora y microondas son muy convenientes en la habitación.

El corredor hacia las habitaciones del segundo nivel olía muy mal y había un aromatizante para disimular el mal olor, pero no beneficiaba ya que la combinación de olores era aún más desagradable. El sofá cama tenía muchos pelos en la funda,
