I enjoyed the cleanliness that was offered at the hotel. The location 5*s. I really appreciated that the room stay was very comfortable, organized, and well kept clean we had no issues. My family enjoyed the breakfast there were options to choose from which is very important as some hotels are limited to what they have to offer and pricing was fair loved our stay overall will definitely plan to come back and stay when we are back in town.

Guests fell right at home? Yea right, if you live in the slums maybe. Dont go barefoot at this hotel in your room. They dont clean it. There was garbage in the garbage can when I checked in. There were blood stains on the sheets and feces under the toilet bowl rim. Dont book at this hotel. I am still having nightmares

This is defined not up to Marriott standards. This is an older hotel. The location is good as there are restaurants nearby and a walgreen right by it.

The cleaning here is non existent. There are bugs in the room and hallways. There are some crawlers in the breakfast area. Check out what you eat prior to eating it. The front desk is rude and unfriendly and treat you like an annoyance and not willing to help. The air conditioning don’t work while we were there and they didn’t do anything about it.

Please be aware of how nasty this hotel is. Read all the reviews before booking. Marriott site mentions cockroaches and mice. I didn’t see any of those this time. I had

The streak under the toilet handle took them three days to clean and only after I sent them a picture in the app to clean it. I have no idea how they missed it for three days.

The stain on the pillow is unacceptable and nasty. I sent that to them and they sent up another pillow and the person who sent it up look annoyed that he had to bring up a clean pillow.

The location is good. It’s right by the parks and the shuttle was good.

No staff acknowledges you when you walk in or say hi ever during our four night stay.

Please be aware as this is not a cheap hotel and you are staying in a disgusting motel if that.

They turned my son away from the hotel at 11pm at night. I called previously to let them know my flight was delayed and my son would be there before me. They said no problem they would put him on the reservation so he could get in without me there. When he arrived they wouldn’t check him in. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Beware.

This is our 3rd time to stay here as we like the location and hotel service.

1. Free shuttle to the Universal Studios
2. Right across Burger King and Walgreens
3. Courteous receptionists
4. No frills breakfast but gets the job done
5. Self-service laundry area
6. Spacious rooms good for 4 adults

Worst Fairfield Inn I’ve ever stayed in. Smelly and worn out. I couldn’t wait to check out. The hallways and common areas were awful. We didnt eat the breakfast and coffee wasn’t even ready before we left.

For what it is this hotel is way overpriced. Old and beaten up rooms is what you will get for a very high rate. I guess location drives the price, but I chose this hotel as it was the less expensive Bonvoy option in Orlando for one night stay.

i am not a complainer but if you don't want to sweat all night pick another hotel the air conditioning quality here is awful. The rooms are very dusty especially the bottom of the beds there was a pair of disgusting socks behind the bed and dust galore when i moved the fridge to fix the TV because they did not have anyone to look at it so i had to fix it m myself and the girl at the front had no urgency to help or even listen to me. she would not answer the phone when i called to let them know that i had fixed the tv. The handle in the shower would get stuck on super-hot and it took all my strength to unstick it. The breakfast was better on the second day. This is my favorite hotel away from home, the beds are always comfy, and the pillows are nice, but this particular location needs to upgrade their cleaning ladies and the air conditioning system. We had a room facing Vineland Road and there were loud noises outside the window it was very strange. You will sweat here!!! i promise and sweating at night does not allow for a restful sleep. the only good thing here is they have a pool free mediocre breakfast when they want, and the location is literally across from the entrance of Universal!~!!!! which we like to call Expensive Happy Ville :) the check in was easy and the girl was nice the first day.
