Pleasant and relaxing
Pros:

Location by far was the best thing about hotel. It had a shuttles to all Universal resorts with good am leaving times but I would have like more return times. It was only a 25 minute walk to City walk and universal islands of adventure if you did not want to be tied to shuttle times. Breakfast was good although not much variety on hot items scrambled eggs and sausage almost every am. Place was clean but dated

Cons:

a remodel would be nice in my opinion it was a bit dated. Furniture in rooms and breakfast area could be replaced and microwaves in room would be nice

距離環球影城非常近，周圍很多餐廳又有藥房、公車，環境也很好、房間也乾淨、乾爽，也有免費的早餐隨便大家吃，每個員工的服務態度都非常得好，雖然比我之前住的飯店貴一些，但是太值得了 ，房間大、沒有吵雜聲，我非常慶幸我找對了住宿，以後我若來這個城市，一定會來這裡住。

They have a problem with the maintenance. The first room we got, the TV was not working and the air conditioning was not cooling properly. We received another room which seemed to be OK but then the light above the sink stop working.

I would honestly not return.
Pros:

How close it is to Universal Studios.

Cons:

The staff were not polite, the breakfast was not tasty (I've stayed at many Marriott hotels with the same breakfast service type and it was amazing), the hotel overall was 3 out of 10 clean (which I guess is understandable due to high demand) but I did not like that our room was not properly stocked and I had to come to front desk to ask for service which I had already specified "yes" on the app. I also hated they made me pay for water bottles when in other Marriott hotels are always available for me.

Fui mal atendido. Fiquei 3h esperando abrirem a porta do meu quarto e quando reclamei fui ameaçado por um funcionário. Booking não me deu suporte e o hotel é uma bagunça.
