The management and receptionist was unprofessional. Too many lingering homelessness around parking lot

Would not recommend.
Cons:

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I woke up in severe pain. Rooms are not clean. Carpet filthy. The parking rate is ridiculously high for no reason.

Cons:

The room was filthy. The carpets were very dirty and smelled horrible. The bathtub was full of hair and chipped paint. There was a used Q-tip on the window sill. Also the location felt very unsafe. There was a huge gap in the door of the room and you can hear everything in the hallways.

Good value for a short or overnight stay where amenities aren’t important.
Pros:

Location (close to our venue), low cost, and breakfast included. Had a beverage vending machine on our floor. Easy & quick check-in. Room had all the necessary amenities (frig, microwave, TV, safe, desk, 2 chairs). Appliances were working. Beds were comfortable, didn’t hear a lot of noise, so slept well. Hotel was right next to 7-eleven which was convenient.

Cons:

Room was pretty old. No comforter on bed. No blankets or pillows in closet. Just had one blanket and a sheet on each bed. Bath towels were not good. Didn’t match and looked like towels you would use to clean things not dry off people. Nice to have any breakfast for free but it was only served for 2 hours and the hot portion was bad. Unsure how the eggs were cooked. Eggs looked funny and sausage looked and tasted fake. But there were other cold alternatives (3 types of cereal, yogurt machine, juice, small fruit, mini muffins and pastries (taken out of individual packages and made to look fresh), mini bagels and bread.
