PEOPLE ARGING OUTSIDE MY WINDOW FOR MOST OF THE NIGHT MY SLEEP WAS BROKEN
NO EXTRA BLANKETS IN THE ROOM BATH TOWELS WERE NOT AVAILABLE THEY WERE HAND TOWELS
NO BODY WASH IN CONTAINER HAD TO USE SHAMPOO INSTEAD

I didn't like the way this was handled because I spoke with the manager and explained that I had an emergency and would be checking out of the hotel one day early.she told me to leave on Monday at 12;30 pm and that she would refund me for the night I wasn't going to use which would be Monday night since I left at 11 am on Monday ,I paid on booking 190$ plus taxes por night but she only refunded me 99$ im not ok with that because when I arrived at the hotel I asked front desk how much each night cost and they told me 190$ plus taxes however now that im asking for a refund I need booking her me they don't want to return the full aumount and they told me to contact with booking claiming that maybe you charged me differently however I have my bill here and I clearlly paid 190$plus taxes por night the same for Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday the total was 877.82 I don't think its fair that the hotel is refising to refund me that full price for night I didn't use let me know if you want sent me I appreciate the refund my phone number is 3052058907 thanks

The breakfast wasn’t too good- eggs were gross. A lot of homeless people close by. We got to witness a homeless person taking a shit in the parking lot 🤬💩.

The staff was very kind, helpful, and professional.

Cons:

The lobby wasn't very welcoming, the area of the hotel was concerning because there were drunks and drug addicts just hanging round the outside of the hotel. I found myself checking on my car through the window most of the night. I also was a little taken back by how dirty the hallway leading to my room was (such as the carpet on the staircase).
