Cons:

I booked a premium room and was given a room with facilities for disabled people. The shower was a curtain only and water was splashing every where and the toilet was open plan , no doors . The second room I booked I ticked two separate beds but the hotel said we do not have single beds

Stunning hotel right on Dam Square!
Pros:

Beautiful lobby, fabulous dining areas and the bar was exceptional.

Cons:

Didn’t like the location of our first room as we were in a separate building joined by a walkway and had to use either 2 separate lifts or an entrance via an alleyway. Requested a move to the main building and were very happy with the new room.
