Very good hotel with great service and location
Rooms are ok but not as good as the hotel itself
Расположение великолепное, в самом сердце города, напротив Королевского Дворца.
Номер с видом на оживленную площадь, но при этом тихий. Постели комфортные, уборка качественная.
Ресторан для завтрака великолепный - огромный, светлый, красивый, а выбор блюд разнообразнейший.
Не то чтобы не понравился, но забавлял обслуживающий персонал в этом ресторане - почему-то все женщины с шаркающей походкой - в черных кроссовках на несколько размеров больше, чем нужно. К тому же, они не очень ловкие и сообразительные, постоянно ссорились между собой. Даже смешно было наблюдать за ними. Но это мелочи )))))

Como siempre la amabilidad del personal es insuperable, el Concierge con recomendaciones que fueron de nuestro total gusto. Muy buenas habitaciones. Además el desayuno es excelente, muy variado y de primera.
The hotel is stunning, beautifully decorated, rooms gorgeous and spacious! The breakfast was amazing, never had such a great selection at a hotel before. The staff at breakfast are super friendly, attentive and helpful. Also every other staff member around the hotel are friendly and helpful. The location is very central to everything. What a perfect stay - thank you to everybody!
The only disappointment was the staff at the Grand Cafe, even though the food was divine, we visited the Grand cafe 3 days in a row and staff were not as friendly and very slow service at every visit, which stood out because the rest of the staff at the hotel were top class on every level.
