Everything was great, the service, the food, the bed and the building is outstanding. We had a wonderful stay. It has a really lovely atmosphere in the evening and the cocktails were delicious.
Lovely building. Quiet room. Staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast
The carpet in the room was quite marked
Absolutely everything from the moment we arrived the friendly reception staff ..the fabulous room so spacious. The amazing grounds and of course the fabulous yorkshire breakfast served once again by friendly staff well done to you all we WILL be back and have already recommend to family and friends 🧡
Nothing to dislike everything was superb
We stayed at Gisborough Hall for 2 nights over the Easter period. The hotel is situated in beautiful grounds which are very well maintained. All the staff are extremely welcoming, most polite and helpful. Our room was in the Woodland Wing and was most comfortable, albeit a long walk from the lift as I have mobility issues. The room was spotlessly clean. We had all our meals in Challoners and the food was superb, very well presented and an interesting menu. We shall be returning in the not too distant future. Highly recommend Gisborough Hall.
Stayed here 7 times now so obviously like it normally
Food in bar restaurant area steak absolutely disgusting could not eat , and arguments with waitresses.
Eventually knocked steak off bill .
Evening meal was excellent, staff very attentive. Room was clean although could not get radiator to come on.
Breakfast (eggs Benedict) could have been better eggs not cooked through.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, the food was excellent, and the location was great
Easy to book by telephone, types of room available on required dates are explained.Feature room overlooking hills was great, spacious.clean and welcoming.
Old world courtesy in the lounge and restraunt by all the staff was very welcoming and the food and service was very good.
The owner regularly circulated amongst visitors enquiring about their stay and what may be done to improve their stay.

The hotel has a unique and charming character with beautiful surroundings and elegant interiors. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety and good quality.
The only minor issue was the shower head, which could have been cleaner and slightly affected the experience.
Beautiful, well kept building. Excellent staff, lovely food & a perfect treat for our wedding anniversary. 😍
Dog barking & howling for 2 hours. Apparently whilst the hotel is dog friendly, that only applies to certain bedrooms and not the main areas so the dogs have to be left in the rooms whilst humans are eating etc (please check to verify). We asked for it to be sorted as we couldn't sleep which did eventually happen but not feedback/apology or explanation which would have been nice.

Everything went well. Breakfast was excellent. We changed our nights as we needed to charge our car earlier than
expected, this was no trouble. We then extended our stay and was upgraded to a lovely Terrace room with exceptional views and a lovely traditional interior.
Nothing.
