Cons:

They didn't have the room we booked ready so they put us in a less desirable room. We had to walk down 4 different hallways and up several flights of stairs to get to the room. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. They left the door open to the pool area so the hallway was 40 degrees C.

Unpleasant Carpet Odor.
Pros:

The hallway is smelling, the room carpet is full of stains and has unpleasant odor.

Nicely laid out comfortable corner king suite. 10th of tower.
Pros:

PRO: Nicely laid out suite. Living room and kitchen with bars stools on the island. Very comfortable beds and nice bathroom. 5minute drive from West Edmonton Mall. Amazing views.

Con: Slight flaw with kitchen, silverware in a drawer not upper cupboard. And it could use some more cooking utensils and fry pans. Coffee cups could also be a bit bigger. (My preference)
In the suites they have a washer/dryer combo, so leaving instructions would be helpful. Also extra garbage bags under the sink would be helpful, as we don’t get maid service daily. Other than that all good.

Would recommend this suite.

Cons:

No instructions to washer/dryer combo. Garbage can for kitchen was same size as bathroom. Could use a larger bin.
