Pros:

I have stayed there many times but co verning the booking this last time.i accidently clicked on a sponsored website unaware. I went through the entire process of booking and giving my information however near the end the guy informed me ot was In is funds I was like what !!! It so.i almost lost about 200 by booking through that site
( note its not a scam site its a real booking service that surely sandman is aware of . Very upset about this be aware

Very impressive managing of the situation
Pros:

The room was very nicely decorated, nicer than usual, clean and comfortable, although somewhat smaller than usual.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was a very heavy rain storm that afternoon and the main floor of the hotel was flooded, along with the attached Denny's. However, both soldiered on, mopped up and relocated those guests. Luckily we were on the fourth floor so were only marginally affected. We did not use the pool.

Ground Floor rooms not the best, the carpet was wet. It rained that day so that migt be the reason.

Pros:

good location for what we were doing there. Staff were very accommodating. The room booked initially was a very long walk for someone with mobility issues so they moved us to another room. The room was not the same quality as I had originally booked but I accepted it as being a long weekend there was not much choice.

Cons:

Felt the room wasn't the cleanest. Lots of dust on the furniture and the bathroom sink was not clean. I didn't raise the issue as I felt it was pretty minor.
