Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wasserfälle und Maya-Stätte Palenque
Pros:

Großzügiges sauberes Zimmer, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Parkplatz vorhanden. Schöner Garten mit tropischen Pflanzen.

Cons:

Hotel liegt direkt an lautem Kreisverkehr - morgens um halb sieben ist die Nacht wegen des Verkehrslärms (viele LKWs) zu Ende … Mittags ist der Pool durch herabfallende Pflanzenteile stark verschmutzt - könnte leicht durch etwas mehr Poolservice behoben werden.

En general todo el hotel y en particular todos sus empleados. Nos permitieron el uso de las instalaciónes hasta las 21 horas pese a haber hecho el checkout a las 11 a m.nada en absoluto

Un buen hotel para visitar Palenque.
Pros:

Los jardines y la piscina, aunque no la usamos.

Cons:

El WC no funcionaba correctamente, el agua no tenía presión suficiente.
La ubicación, un tanto ruidosa, junto a la carretera y rotonda, muy transitadas. Aunque por la noche bajaba mucho el ruido.

Very convenient choice of a hotel
Pros:

Convenient location for the visit of the Maya ruins and only a short stroll away from the town centre. The intercity bus station is opposite the hotel. Free welcoming cocktails were a lovely gesture which we appreciated.

Cons:

Swimming-pool partly unavailable on the day we wanted to use it.

Great location. Minutes away walking to restaurants. Old town Center is 10-15 minute walk. Hotel restaurant is very acceptable-both food & prices.

Pros:

The hotel is quite large, considering my experiences with others in Mexico. The pool is a real refreshment, and the cocktail voucher that I received as a guest through booking was a pleasant surprise.
Breakfast was an additional cost but worth the money.
The staff speaks English.
