The pool and the location were fantastic

Cons:

The old bathroom set up didn’t bother us too much, but good to consider when booking. We had a very early morning to visit to Maya tempel, when coming back to the hotel for an afternoon nap we found out that the pool music was blasting until 22:00. You cannot catch a break in this hotel during the day.

Great place to stay in Palenque
Pros:

Loved our stay here. Loved it from the minute we saw it across the road from the ADO station after a 10+hr bus ride. The staff were kind, patient and very attentive, professionals. The hotel is very clean & well cared for, inside & out. Check-in was easy, fast and friendly. Our room on the 2nd floor was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Beds were amazing! Shower had great pressure & hot water. Room had ample bench & storage space. Bottled water & toiletries generously supplied along with daily cleaning. Wifi and air-con were both decent and reliable. Our room overlooked the pool area, full jungle vibes with big palm trees, friendly green iguanas wandering around. Spent quality time swimming and lounging around the pool, great place to cool down and relax.
The location is super convenient for those who like to stay on the outer areas of centrals. So many good eateries nearby, within 5-10min walk. Bus station, collectivos and taxis across the road.
Highly recommend 👌

Pros:

Le personnel était très serviable. Service de laverie très bien.
Le coin piscine très sympathique avec de la musique et des coins isolés.
Très bon emplacement.
Ménage tous les jours.

Cons:

Il manquerait un frigidaire ou de l'eau fraîche à disposition. Sinon parfait.

Hotel si trova di fronte alla stazione di autobus, personale sorridente, cortese pronto ad aiutare. Mi hanno cortesemente dato la camera prima visto la fatica personale dovuta al viaggio

Cons:

Il funzionamento della doccia non al massimo, meriterebbe essere cambiato. L’ hotel non possiede ascensore, se la camera si trova al 3 piano per una persona anziana non è il massimo

Die Lage ist sehr zentral gegenüber vom Busbahnhof und gute Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe, 3 Minuten zu Fuß.

Cons:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber durch den starken Straßenverkehr sehr laut und die Fenster isolieren sehr schlecht gegen den Lärm. Hat man ein Zimmer auf der Pool Seite, wird man von der permanenten lauten Musik beschallt bis 22:00 Uhr. Wenn es wenigstens noch romantische Musik wäre, aber für mich ist ein entspannendes Liegen am Pool somit unmöglich.
Ansonsten wie schon oft beschrieben, ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, das Bad ist mehr als Überholungungs bedürftig.
