The hotel is in a nice position with many parking spots

Cons:

Extremely old facility and rooms. Thin walls make you hearing the faintest noise. The personnel is not helpful and does not speak proper English. Very smelly lounge and halls

Es liegt gegenüber der Busstation, sodass man das Hotel gut erreichen kann.

Cons:

Man wird begrüßt, in dem man eine Seite mit Regeln vorgelesen bekommt, wobei die Leute sich nicht unbedingt daran halten (Poolzeiten, Nachtruhe).
Das Personal war nur teilweise nett, das Zimmer für den Preis nicht wirklich gut in Schuss (auf die Handtücher mussten wir warten, ein Muffelgeruch war immer da…
Das Frühstück war - anders als gedacht - nicht inkludiert, sah aber auch nicht überzeugend aus. Wir waren stattdessen immer im Café Tradicion oder dort gegenüber Frühstücken und Essen und das war wirklich gut!

La struttura è un po’ datata ma tutto sommato per essere un hotel di passaggio va anche bene.
Infine c’è stata una mala gestione da parte di qualcuno in reception in merito ad un trasfer che avevamo programmato da San Cristóbal fino a palenque con in mezzo visita alle cascate di Agua Azul e Misol-ha. A rimediare a questi disagi creati è stato Adrián, ragazzo molto carino e comprensivo che ci ha offerto colazione gratuita per il giorno successivo e due bevande di benvenuto. Avendo compreso poi a fondo il disagio vissuto ha provveduto a farci fare anche una visita guidata del sito archeologico di Palenque gratuitamente. Esperienza estremamente gradita.

Una sosta piacevole per ricaricarsi
Pros:

La struttura è comodissima, davanti alla stazione dei pullman ADO e a una decina di minuti dalle rovine. La piscina è molto bella e immersa nel verde, il servizio bar e ristorante con dei buoni prezzi e buon cibo. Ci sono i dispenser di acqua, cosa non scontata in Messico. Perfetto se siete a Palenque!

Cons:

Purtroppo i locali di fronte hanno la musica alta fino a mezzanotte, se volete dormire presto farete un pó di fatica. Le pareti sono molto sottili e si sente ogni minimo rumore.

Le personnel d'accueil ne parlait qu'espagnol et ne faisait aucun effort de compréhension. Nous n'avons pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner sur place car il n'y avait plus de place dans la salle. La chambre était extrêmement bruyante car sur une avenue très passante et avec un restaurant avec musique sur une très grande partie de la nuit devant. Nous avons écourté notre passage d'une nuit bien que celle-ci ne soit pas remboursable. Ne pas choisir cet hôtel!

Hospedaje céntrico en Palenque

Los servicios con los que cuenta son muy buenos, después de venir de hospedarnos en la selva, tener aire acondicionado fue la gloria. El personal muy amable y relación calidad-precio muy buena.

La strutture dispone di una piccola piscina per rilassarsi dopo la visita al sito di Palenque. La camera è molto spaziosa e dispone di due letti ampi e comodi. Il bagno grande ma essenziale si presenta pulito. Il personale è gentile. Nei presso della struttura si trovano piccoli negozietti di souvenir e diversi ristoranti. Con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge la piazza centrale della piccola cittadina. La struttura mette a disposizione acqua in bottiglia in camera e un boccione di acqua negli ambienti comuni. È inoltre presente un ristorante al piano terra dove abbiamo consumato una discreta colazione alla carta.

Cons:

Il nostro lavandino del bagno aveva una perdita, ma soggiornando solo una notte non abbiamo chiesto nessun intervento. Nulla di grave!
