Pros:

El desayuno tenia bastantes tipos de yogures y frutas y reposteria. Lo que mas me gusto es que nos ponian agua de cortesia a diario.

Cons:

La limpieza es insuficiente. Encontramos mucho polvo en ña habitacion a diario, tuvimos que pedir cambio de toda la ropa de cama porque estaba sucia, llena de pelos, habia manchas en el cubrecolchon y el personal lo cambio a nuestro requerimiento, pero el nivel de limpieza no nos gusto.

Posizione ottima, prezzo accettabile
Pros:

Posizione strategica a pochi passi dal tempietto della Secessione, dal Naschmarkt e dalla strategica fermata metropolitana di Karlsplatz. A piedi si raggiungono tranquillamente sia la zona dei musei che l'opera. Staff gentile e collaborativo; pulizia impeccabile, ricambio biancheria costante. Bagno estremamente comodo e spazioso. L'hotel è totalmente no smoking, ma c'è un grazioso cortiletto vintage, equipaggiato di tavolini e posacenere, in cui i più attempati fumatori possono rivevere l'atmosfera permissiva degli anni 80.

Cons:

Rapporto qualità-prezzo quasi al limite per Vienna, considerando che non avevamo optato per la colazione inclusa (26€ a persona: un po' eccessivo) e che la camera dava sul cortile interno, con vista sulla capsula dell'ascensore. Materasso un po' troppo morbido per i nostri gusti. La posizione del condizionatore, puntata direttamente sul letto, avrebbe reso necessaria un'interfaccia più efficiente per calibrare la modalità swing o il deumidificatore. Qualche cautela è richiesta dalla porta della reception, automatica ma con apertura verso l'esterno anziché scorrevole.

Un posto speciale nel centro di Vienna
Pros:

Posizione comodissima a tutto, ambiente professionale ma allo stesso tempo familiare, pulizia e colorazione con varietà pari a quella degli alberghi di lusso.

A estadia foi amplamente satisfatória.
Pros:

A localização era excelente, possibilita ir a pé aos principais pontos turísticos e ficava perto da estação do metrô. As instalações não eram luxuosas mas era satisfatórias. O café da manhã era bom. As nossas solicitações foram atendidas.

Pros:

La posizione di questo hotel è ottima per visitare la città a piedi: a due passi dalle maggiori attrazioni oltre che dalla fermata metro più centrale: Karlsplatz. Stanze molto pulite e confortevoli! Assolutamente consigliato!

peccato si può migliorare
Pros:

posizione ottima per poter vedere a piedi tutta l'area centrale di Vienna. il chiasso della sala colazioni era diretto nella stanza fin dalle 7 del mattino

Cons:

la stanza assegnata, spaziosa ma destinata a portatori di disabilità, pertanto resa spoglia per permettere agibilità a chi ha disabilità e bagno con ausili.

Bardzo miły personel. Zostaliśmy szybko zakwaterowani. Kameralny parking przy hotelu.
Pokoje duże przestronne i nieskazitelnie czyste. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu.
