Paní recepční byla milá, postele pohodlné

Cons:

Hodně starý pokoj, zdi šílené, klimatizace v noci blikala, nešlo vypnout, velice nám to vadilo.Vse je tady slyšet, hlavně ubytování nad námi,podlahy vržou. Snídaně je psaná do 10:30, přišli jsme v 9 hod a už nebyla zelenina a pečiva pár.

In stanza la temperatura è molto confortevole, l'acqua del bagno è calda, la colazione ha una discreta varietà, la posizione dell'hotel è buona

Il letto non è un vero matrimoniale, ma due letti singoli attaccati, non era molto comodo. Il personale un po' freddo.

Pros:

The location is very good. It is close to the Metro station and the tram stops. It takes about 3 minutes to get to The Museum on foot.In addition, The hotel is quiet and comfy. Last but not least, the staff is smiley.

Nejsme nároční takže i přes nějaké nedostatky hodnotím kladne
Pros:

Vzhledem k tomu že pokoje byli do frekventované ulice a byli jsme v prvním patře tak veškerý ruch byl slyšet a celou noc jezdily auta co mě nejvíce šokovalo v půl druhé ráno silničáři čistily silnici. Okna jsou staré a kdyby byli otevřené není poznat rozdíl strašně přes ně táhlo. My měli štěstí že televize obsahovala přístroj kdy šli programy a fungovala naším kamarádům nešla. Díky oknům bylo celkem chladno. Náš pobyt byl o víkendu 20-22.2 a denní recepční nebyla příliš příjemná nepůsobila dobrým dojmem co musím ale vytknout byl pan recepční ze soboty na neděli příjemný ochotný mladý muž. Tok a teplota vody na jedničku. Snídaně byli dostačující akorát by mohlo být na výběr i něco teplého aspoň vejce ale to je maličkost více nám překáželo to že prostor pro snídaně byl příliš malí a v danou dobu nebylo k hnutí ani kde si sednout. Pokoje jsou skromnější staršího typu ale pro přespání a odpočinek dostačující, kdyby nebyl slyšet veškerý ruch ze silnice tak jsme se vyspali dobře a pohodlně. Cena je relativně v pohodě. Co bych ještě vytkla je že rozumím tomu že hotely v Praze jsou převážně pro cizince ale když už je to v České republice vše by mělo být označeno a psáno i v češtině ne pouze něco. A malá poznámka na závěr aby fungovala zásuvka bylo třeba met zaple lampičky takže se musely povolit žárovky to je trošku nešťastné řešení.

Cons:

Těsnění oken s těch našich tak příšerně táhlo jak kdyby byli otevřené. Nějaká polička ve skříni. Nevytřené šuplíky (ale to byla maličkost)

Die Zimmer waren sauber und normal eingerichtet. Die Gegenstände waren intakt.
Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Sehr laute Mitgäste die ihre Kinder auf dem Flur spielen ließen, Frühstücksraum recht klein, Frühstück überschaubar.
