The hotel seemed very run down
Pros:

The staff was very friendly

Cons:

The rooms were very dirty and outdated.

Our chair was broken and the tv was very muffled
The shower handle was backwards and didn’t dispense cold/hot water efficiently.
It was extreme to extreme

Elevator was broken so stairs only

Ice machine broken

The room had a very weird smell as well

I won’t be staying at this location in the future.

A comfortable good nights sleep.
Pros:

I needed a quick overnight because of a plane delay.
The manager was waiting for me to come. He said he had been expecting me😄
The facilities were a bit dated. But very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

My experience was much better than I expected for a last minute booking.

Unexpected jewel
Pros:

For a budget friendly hotel, I was surprised how great it was. It was very clean. Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows, soft & firm. Lots of room for clothes. A safe in the closet. All of the sundries you would need. Great shower pressure. The hot breakfast was excellent. Fresh brewed coffee. Close to stores and restaurants. A cracker barrel right across the parking lot. Will definitely be our go to place to stay when we are in the Phoenix area.

Cons:

If I had to pick something it would be, the air conditioner is a bit noisy.

Great for a night while traveling. I wouldn’t stay longer.
