My elderly parents like the area and like to stay at your hotel because it’s close to family members

Pros:

We liked the large room, comfortable beds, friendly staff, breakfast & the affordable cost of the hotel. Also, we appreciated the number of trash cans in the room.

Cons:

We didn't like the LOUD noise of the A/C, especially while trying to sleep. The room was too hot without the air-conditioner on.

Great location and value!
Pros:

Great staff during check-in. Very clean and a nice complimentary breakfast and area to sit and eat.
