Horrible and traumatic
Pros:

Well already had issues with the stay first morning breakfast wasn’t ready coffee was ice cold

Cons:

Breakfast was not ready the first morning and coffee cold huge spider webs in the room had to ask for room services and gave us wet towels
Front desk locked the front doors that slide open to where we had to use the stairs and health conditions make it hard then we get kicked out our room because of a fire which was two doors down all of our things ruined by the smoke smells still wiping black stuff out my. Noses no one will return my call and I stay here often and very disappointed the rent desk was very rude to me lack of empathy about a traumatic experience and the owners refuse to contact anyone back wanted us to stay in another room which the room that caught fire no one was in and the whole hotel smells strong of smoke I’m super sick and going to the emergency room

Bonnie the manager was wonderful. I left important papers in my room & she called immediately and offered to mail them to me!

The staff was friendly

Cons:

Our bathroom had mildew stains. A bad storm came through and our bathroom ceiling leaked all over the floor. The breakfast staff was kind of rude to people.

La verdad es hotel muy viejo estaba sucio en las áreas comunes no me gustó. No volvería

No me gustó nada sucio, instalaciones viejas y descuidadas y personal poco amigable la de la refección es una señora muy mayor y no fue nada agradable
