It was very enjoyable.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk clerk when we checked was great! His name is Moe and he made our stay very enjoyable! He deserves a nice increase in pay.

First room- disgusting and unacceptable. Second room was decent for the value.
Pros:

The young man at the front was very pleasant and very kind and courteous.

Cons:

When we first got checked in the first room we had smelled like urine really really badly. I immediately went to the front desk and talk to the guy who checked us in, he immediately switched our room and was very pleasant to deal with. However, there’s no reason for a clean hotel room that is being rented out to smell like piss. It was absolutely disgusting and awful.

Would Stay Again
Pros:

Wonderful location, so close to everything! Bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and space. Room was spacious and inviting.

Cons:

Sleeper sofa was a little worn and rickety and had a few crumbs on it. Elevator is very small and tvs in the rooms could be updated.

Great stay, great quarters
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast. Staff were exceptional: friendly, informative, and down to earth. I felt like I had known them forever.

Expensive and a huge hassle having to pay for damage to rental car.
Pros:

Location should have been "safe" considering it was well lit and they have cameras.

Cons:

Approximately 10 cars were broken into, RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE. In full view from the street, the hotel and the cameras.

Cons:

Bed was hard and uncomfortable.
Around bedframe were stains (white and brown) exhaust fan did not work in bathroom. People upstairs were practicing for a marathon because they stayed on the move until 3am or later each night. Breakfast was basic- scrambled egg, sausage(I prefer sausage to have some sort of coloring as to look like its been cooked), waffle maker, oatmeal, assorted fruits, and bread. Small area for breakfast to accommodate such a large hotel.
I could overlook everything except the bed, it was so bad that I have canceled a future booking with the same chain different city.

Well, the sink was leaking badly and room 305. That’s the only complaint I have. I didn’t notice until I stepped in a puddle of water. To meet it’s a safety hazard.☹️

Cons:

It wasn’t well kept, the room had ants, the towels weren’t clean, it was very loud, doors slamming, people running over our heads all night the dogs were barking. It was all just too much.
