We booked online and added another night. They had a mess up and said we didn’t book other night. That morning we weren’t supposed to check out they went in our room and told us to come back immediately. Even though we spoke to management and front desk. They made us stop our vacation and come back to confirm what was already agreed upon. After that the owner still gave us a hard time on phone saying there’s nothing they could do to help this situation. Terrible stay. I will be expecting a credit or something from quality or booking . I always like the property great location usually very clean

Cons:

While I do love this property and it is usually very clean however the bathroom was not 100% however it was nothing to complain about usually the entire room, the hallway, the lobby. The dining area is very clean

Couple's Getaway
Pros:

The location was great, beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly!

Cons:

The room floors were dirty and felt gritty, and no one cleaned it after being reported, and there was a little mold in the shower around the hand rail (eye level). The cereal was stale, but was changed out immediately after being informed!

Pros:

Location was great, bed was great, room was clean.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better - more than 1 fruit and at least 1 hot food option.
Room was a little on the small side, but very comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed

Pros:

The first day

Cons:

Indian guy at the front was terrible. Asked for change for the washer dryer on site. Told me only could give 5$ it cost 7 to wash and dry. After i told him how much it was all he did was grin. . Just the worst service ever. We spent weeks here and all he could do is smile like he didnt care. Im so over this place. Will never send my crew to this site again.
