Recommended
Pros:

We liked the location, and the nice comfortable bed. Also, the rooms have a nice modern look. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Struggled with the remote working, and should remember to clean the refrigerator and phone.

The location was very important to us when we booked our reservation.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location was great - just 1.5 miles from UNCW, which was why we were there.

Cons:

The family right next to us had small children. The child cried constantly. I did not receive adequate sleep the first night. :(

Pros:

I went to check in and they said I didn’t have a reservation. I should them my booking confirmation and they said I still had nothing in the system. I asked to get another room and they said they were all booked. I had to find another hotel at the last minute. I called Booking.com to get a refund and they rejected me saying the reservation wasn’t cancelled!!
This was so wrong!!
