Disappointed
Pros:

Awful beds and pillows and the room wasn’t clean . Also you need a shower when you come out the shower as it’s dirty and the water trickles out the shower head. Not to mention the water is freezing . Rude staff in the bar as well. Also it’s a little bit of a party hotel as I noticed loads of youngsters who kept us awake the whole night last night .Also don’t get the breakfast as there is lack of anything worth eating .

Pros:

Lokalizacja to duży plus obiektu, parking zaraz przy budynku malutki ale przy wcześniejszej rezerwacji zero problemu z parkowaniem. Pokój czysty, standardowy, choć pierwsze próby dotarcia do niego były skomplikowane, oznaczenie było, ale jakoś nie zauważyliśmy. Obsługa bardzo pozytywnie odebrana. Śniadanie nas nie urzekło, każdy coś dla siebie znalazł ale nie było jakieś warte zapamiętania. Plus za obsługę sali, ledwo ktoś odszedł od stolika zaraz był sprzątany.

The property was excellent value for money in an excellent location easy walk to old town krakow, the hotel is a lovley clean modern property staff all friendly and helpful ,and lovley restaurant and bar .
