Pros:

La posizione è ottima per visitare Cracovia a piedi. L’hotel ha una stanza deposito bagagli per lasciare zaini e valige anche dopo l’orario del checkout e riprenderli prima di partire definitivamente.

Great location disappointing rooms
Pros:

Lovely friendly hotel central to everything, a 5 minute walk to the old town with lots to do and explore there. The downside after talking to other guests, they had a double room which compared to our twin room was massive! Our room more like a box room with 2 beds squeezed in! Obviously I didn’t want to share a bed with my friend I wanted my own bed. A kettle in the room only no fridge so beware if buying milk! A small fridge would have made a big difference. No air con so would be very uncomfortable if we came in the warmer months. Probably would stay in a different hotel if we came back.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional
Pros:

I booked a "Premium Double Room" through Agoda, but the hotel forced me into a single room upon arrival, demanding an extra 300 PLN for the room I had already paid for. Despite providing clear evidence that both my initial and second bookings were for Premium rooms, the management falsely claimed I had opted for a single room. This felt less like a professional service and more like a deliberate attempt to extort additional money from a guest.

Beyond the room discrepancy, the staff’s behavior was utterly unprofessional and rude. They offered zero assistance during my dispute with Agoda and even attempted to charge me another 300 PLN for damages I did not cause. This negative feedback is not just about the technicalities of the booking; it is a direct result of the hostile attitude and lack of integrity displayed by the employees.

I expect the same level of energy put into pleasantries to be directed toward providing the necessary documentation for my legal claim. I will be pursuing all my rights regarding this matter, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel. My social circle certainly will.
