Uncomfortable experience
Pros:

I was sharing a room with two other people, we were happy with the room. But in the middle of the night when everyone was sleeping except for me, I was having a shower and then when I got out, someone knocked on the door. I didn't even have time to get dressed, until a man, a member of staff had opened the door to our room and shouted that we need to be quiet. This woke up my friends as well and we were so shocked and I still feel uncomfortable thinking about it.

Beliggenheten er helt topp!

Cons:

I forhold til prisen hadde jeg forventet mer. Ikke kjøleskap, ikke strykejern, bittelite bad. Dvs. ikke noe som dro opp, bortsett fra beliggenheten.

Lovely stay
Pros:

A lovely stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, beds comfortable and had a lovely view of the park from our balcony.

Very close to the old town and amenities. The hotel staff welcomed us with lovely swan towels and chocolates which was a beautiful touch. Definitely return the next time we visit Krakow.
