Great family location
Pros:

Great location. Disney only 10 minute walk and Knott’s Berry Farm only 10 minute drive. Breakfast vouchers for Denny’s next door was great. Rooms were clean and spacious. Reception staff were all lovely.

Cons:

Pillows were not comfortable.

Unable to sleep with so much noise in hotel . Stayed three days too!
Pros:

The pool /spa was clean . Vouchers were nice to have. Laundry available at hotel.

Cons:

Told they had transportation to the park at the time at time of booking and at time of check in given uber number to call at anytime, and didn’t and my daughter in law had to walk with a heart monitor back to the hotel with my son , bothered by homeless person. They called the number and were told that services ended weeks ago with this hotel.
Could hear people walking around upstairs very clearly , walls were just really thin. I believe we should get a refund for being lied to about having transportation available, because we had to paid 40.00 each day we were there 3day. I usually book at the majestic Hotel for that reason, but we have been having luck with best western, not this one at all. If the pool wasn’t nice that would have definitely been the last straw! My son came from anchorage alaska with his family , for leave from the military for a rest and relaxing vacay and got little to no sleep , because of the people above him , and after they checked out they put more people up there…we booked two room 150 and 151. You may not want to have this hotel on your site.

Awesome. Staff really assisted us in every question we had. Housekeeping was also amazing in cleaning the room.
Pros:

The location from Disneyland. As well as a complimentary breakfast right next door at the Denny’s.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. It was an amazing experience.

Great location to expensive for what we paid I expected that un cleanest
Pros:

It was not clean! it was clean to at the first glance. Roaches i found. I threw all of our luggage out did not put on the floor grose recommended remove the carpets and get fake wood. Our last night the pool had a poop in the bottom of the pool. Not good!

Cons:

The convenience of the location walk to every park and convention center!

This was a trip for my daughter’s 12th birthday and it was amazing! Thank you for being a part of her dream vacation!
Pros:

The location was great, loved the breakfast vouchers to Dennys (where their staff was absolutely wonderful), and the pool & hot tub area. We also loved that we could see the Disneyland fireworks each evening, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling, greeted us each time we walked by, and the team of front desk attendants were great!

Cons:

Nothing, it was a perfect spot for us!

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

I really appreciated the good size parking spot for my new car. The sink/counter area was outside of the shower area, which made it easy for me to do my hair while my friend was taking a shower. There was a nice table with two good chairs. Pillows and bed were very comfortable. The shower could have used a safety bar for getting into the shower, but the tub was not slippery so it wasn’t a big issue. It might be if you were traveling with somebody older. The soap dispenser in the shower needed replacing, but my friend and I kept forgetting to ask for it. It probably would’ve been replaced right away. The shower head was great. The air conditioner was rather noisy, but it was like a white noise. It really didn’t bother us. There was a refrigerator which worked well. No freezer, but the fridge still kept my ice packs cold. Denny’s does not start serving breakfast until 6:30. It would’ve been nice if they started at 6 o’clock so we could walk more leisurely to Disneyland before they open. The easy walk to Disneyland is less than a mile. We still arrived before opening time. If you leave Disneyland before 11 p.m., you can take a little shortcut through Downtown Disney. My friend and I both agreed that this was an excellent place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!
