Pros:

got a floor room which was great, liked the tv , and the bed was comfortable and fit two perfectly with plenty of space, housekeeping was daily so that felt nice to come back to a clean room, you’re able to see the Disney fireworks as well. The free breakfast vouchers for Dennys was also perfect before heading to Disney. loved the mickey mural in the lobby and snack choices were good. staff were friendly.

Cons:

on our last night it felt like our upstairs neighbor was walking and making noise all night and would not stop but we were so tired from Disney that it didn’t really bother us and we’re still able to sleep easily and early in the morning you could hear all the luggage dragging upstairs when people were heading out which also only happened on our last day so it doesn’t affect the stay at all because that only happened on the last night/day of all 3 but might be different for others.

It was a very happy experience, I like the room. I was really impressed that it was so clean .
Pros:

The breakfast was at the Denny’s restaurant in the same parking lot. It was very good, the Dennys staff was very friendly also. The to go bag was a great idea to have on the walk way to Disneyland Park

Cons:

No complaints, very enjoyable stay. The staff rate number one in customer service skills.

We had a lovely stay and will be back in our future Disneyland vacations !
Pros:

We just checked out today and will definitely consider staying here again in future visits. The service was friendly and I had even sent a special request at the end of my booking to ask if they did anything specials as we were celebrating my daughter’s 3rd birthday. We walked in and were so surprised to balloon decorations, a personalized birthday card from the property, and a Disney book for our daughter. They also offered a Denny’s voucher for 2 each night of stay for complimentary breakfast next door, which was extremely convenient and allowed us to take advantage of family time around a restaurant table. We will be back!

Cons:

The only minor issue was thin walls so we could hear everything outside. However, we were hardly in our room so it was very temporary.

Perfect Disney vacay
Pros:

Across the street from Disneyland it’s about a 8 minute walk if that. Free breakfast at Dennys during your stay, clean room, comfortable beds, quiet, Keurig coffee maker in the rooms, big mirror in the bathroom, really comfortable full size pillows 4 on each bed, easy check inn and a safe location. The hotel also provides shampoo, body wash and hair conditioner that smells really good.

Pros:

It was close to downtown Disney and next door is Dennys. They also had a voucher for Dennys breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and hot tub

This is a clean comfy room. Staff was friendly just alittle loud.
Pros:

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. You received coupons for Denny’s breakfast.

Cons:

I felt it was loud. You can hear everything around you. We did have loud neighbors. But you can hear the vacuum going above you, conversations through the ac in wall and the jack hammering in the morning.

Pros:

Very close to the Convention Centre, room was clean and a lot quieter than I expected. Staff were super helpful and very accommodating. Pleasantly surprised by the breakfast at Denny's.

Cons:

I would have liked a breakfast room, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast at Denny's but would have loved to be able to add yoghurt or kefir as well.

I really enjoy my steady there, it was quiet, Wi-Fi was great! over all the service was really good.
Pros:

Room was really comfortable, clean beds, bathroom with clean towels, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, (coffee and tea) were available in the room and at the front desk, also I got a "grab a bag" light breakfast and a breakfast voucher at adjacent Danny's that was really nice.

Cons:

I did like everything; staff was nice and respectful, registration was easy, everything was clean, I did feel safe. it was within walking distance of the place I was attending, g🙌d food was close by, daily breakfast was provided by the hotel at the nearby Danny's
