Mixed: many guests praised clean rooms and carpets, but multiple reports of marijuana or musty odors, damp-feeling rooms and some unclean areas (pool/headboard).
Service
8.6
Generally positive — staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful; management stepped in to rectify booking issues. A few reports where staff could not solve AC issues.
Location
8.7
Convenient location near Baylor, restaurants, H-E-B and Walmart; some noted surrounding properties look rough, but location was consistently praised.

Mixed room quality — rooms are spacious and some have kitchens, but complaints include dingy rooms, AC blowing directly or not working, unpleasant smells, hard beds and being assigned handicap rooms unexpectedly.
Amenities
7.8
Decent amenities: pool, hot tub and evening gatherings appreciated; issues noted with pool cleanliness/size and some in-room items (small/broken coffee maker, AC).
Value for Money
7.6
Mixed value perception — several guests called it a good price for what was offered, while others felt the room price was too high given issues.

Pros:
