Colazione spettacolare, sia come location che come ricchezza e bontà del buffet.
Comoda la metro 2 proprio sotto l’hotel.

Amazing hotel. The location is very convenient - the subway station is really close, as well as the railway station. Our flight arrived in Beijing very early, and the hotel staff did their best to let us check in early - the usual check-in time is 14:00, but they allowed us to check in at around 9:00 ( as soon as the room was cleaned and became available ).
The room itself was clean and looked like the photos on the website. Rooms are also cleaned daily, they change bedsheets and towels too (unless you ask not to disturb you). AC in the room was automatic, it is always on, so you come back to a cool room, which was very nice in August (it is very hot in Beijing at that time). You can control the temperature as well.
The breakfast was nice - big selection of different foods, both Chinese and western options are available.
But the main thing I wanted to highlight is their amazing and helpful staff! I was washing my hair and then drying it late at night (around 1 AM) and my hair accidentally got stuck in the back of the hairdryer. I was so upset because it looked like it cannot be fixed and I really did not want to cut my hair off. I decided to call the hotel workers for help, not expecting anyone to arrive because of how late it was, but to my surprise, after I called a receptionist, a lady came for my rescue. Later the maitenance guy also came to help, since we were uanle to open the hairdryer back part by ourselves. Later the lady helped me to untangle my hair. My hair is very precious to me so I was so happy that they helped me in this very unusual accident.

Me hicieron el cargo a la tarjeta dos veces porque tuvieron confusion con las habitaciones. Yo ya estaba fuera de Beijing cuando me llegó el segundo cargo, tuve que llamar por teléfono, escribir por booking a ellos y luego a atención al cliente. Finalmente, varios días después me lo reembolsaron pero en días de turismo por China no es agradable tener que estar pendientes de estas cosas
