Pros:

We were there Saturday and Sunday for an event. Our event ended about 8:30, so we didn't get to the hotel til about 8:45. The pool closed at 8. Front desk rep opened the pool til almost 10 so our kids could swim. Front desk rep was happy, and courteous, like she loved her job!!

Probably not again.
Pros:

Comfortable beds

Cons:

No lock on bathroom door, no shampoo, wall paper peeling, A/C leaking in bedroom, 3 towels for 4 guests, breakfast options not great, no batter for Waffles, sink clogged , TV Remote worked sometimes and stains on the bed linens. Ice machine didn't work on 4th floor.

Great experience for the price and the being last minute.
Pros:

I stay at this hotel very often when visiting family. This was one of the very best experiences I had. From the staff to the cleanliness of the room? Perfect!

Cons:

I was only given one rag. As a woman? That’s unsanitary so I went and bought more at a store bc I didn’t have time to ask staff when I was out. I wanted to come back in and shower. Then rest.

The room was better than we expected, and the young lady that worked 3-11 was extremely helpful.
Pros:

I did not eat the breakfast, but my family did not care for it at all. Their complaint was it was cold and not many choices. We have stayed in many hotels that offer breakfast this hotel was by far the worst!

Cons:

We were told the pool would be available and it was not. However apparently after numerous complaints from other guests on our 3 day we were able to swim.

Untidy area, pool unfit for swimming, terrible continental breakfast, ice machine not working on our floor, old and outdated suite with 1 bathroom, king sized bed mattress was hard and could feel the springs,peeling and patched wallpaper on walls on most of hallway on our floor. The frigerator freezer worked after turned to highest setting but the bottom part of refrigerator didnt get cold, only cool. There was no automatic room cleaning, trash emptied or clean towels unless requested. There was a notice on a small piece of paper applied to mirror on vanity in king-sized bedroom (which we didn't see) until we asked at front desk and they told us.

I will never recommend or ever stay in your property.
Pros:

There was nothing that I like.

Cons:

The property is poorly kept. I did not like the environment. Customer service was so horrible that we decided to walk away and not stay.
