Pros:

Staff was pleasant. Was informative about the places we wanted to see.

Cons:

No porter service. With 5 bags there was no one to assist us to the room. The reason for choosing this hotel was that it was close to the Prague Convention Centre. It was very expensive.

Very nice
Pros:

Hotel is very nice! Stayed here twice now and it’s a great place to spend some time in such a cool city.

I didn’t know there was a sauna here the first time I stayed in Feb ‘25! So that was a pleasant surprise when we arrived for our second visit and it was taken full advantage of, the sauna room is beautiful and very relaxing.

Will definitely be back at some point!

Kurztrip gelungen
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer und können nichts negatives berichten. Frühstück war ausreichend und super lecker und es waren genügend Kaffeeautomaten vorhanden ;). Tolle Atmosphäre, sauber und super nettes Personal und hilfsbereit.
Lage ist einfach super, in der Stadt aber sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Leider war ein Gast im Hotel, welcher seinen Hund mit zum Frühstück genommen hat und auch in den Buffett-Bereich. der Hund hat den Boden abgeleckt und wurde an der Leine durch die Gänge geführt, so das man noch aufpassen musste, dass man selbst den Hund nicht tritt. Ich habe nichts gegen Hunde, aber das geht überhaupt nicht! Wenn der Hund unter dem Tisch mit sitzt, gar kein Thema, aber im Essenbereich hat ein Tier nichts zu suchen! Da müsste mehr aufgepasst werden!

Warm and welcoming
Pros:

It was nicely situated for walking into Prague. Lots to do in the area.
Breakfast was good.
Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Pillows were not very comfortable.
The rooms were hard to cool, we did arrive during a very hot week.
