The remotes for the TV was so hard to use, we went to bed early. The staff came up to show us how to operate them but it still befuddled us. There was no signage out by the turn off the road, so it was a little confusing getting to the motel.

Dirty old looking walls peeling room doors open rooms not cleaned Tried to put me in a room where the bed weren’t made and had trash in there on the floor 2nd room had blood around the toilet
Comfortable bed and friendly staff.
The room want cleaned well. Mold on hand rail in shower. Toilet not flushing well. Water bottles that were not ours were under the bed.

The man at the front desk was friendly and fun. The breakfast was ok. Pretty standard. No complaints
It was very difficult to find the place On the exit the view is blocked by vegetation. Once you turn off Hamilton Road there is no signage to guide. It took us a lot of driving around to figure out we had to turn into the Red Lobster Red parking lot to find an obscure secondary road with no name to take to get into the hotel. The pool was gross. Cloudy water, littered with wet towels and trash. There was a broken and a missing title on the side of the pool. The exhaust fan in the ceiling was black with grime. I had to go to the desk to get some clean pool towels.
Great room size, room was clean and bathroom too with amazing water pressure. We just had an issue with the plumbing.
The staff was courteous. Let us know up front they were doing some remodeling.

The fridge did not work properly, the room had cracks along the walls and ceiling, AC did not work despite being “new”. Breakfast was okay, better at other places.
They let us get checked in after 12am.
Breakfast was available in the morning.
The AC did not work (and it was their “new” units), the bathroom had multiple bits falling apart, the towels didn’t look clean.

Stayed 5 days, room was good, but it was the breakfast that made the stay! Breakfast was fabulous, incredibly clean (cleaner than the room!), and the dining area was kept up top notch!
Friendly staff, great complimentary breakfast and the hotel was super clean.
Not easy to find. Employees are friendly. Bed is hard. Room is clean enough. Breakfast is a total waste. Bare minimum of everything in quantity and quality. Biscuits and gravy? Biscuits were like hockey pucks, gravy was very watery. Coffee is ok. Overall this property is nowhere near what Hampton Inns usually offer. Do not recommend.
