The room with two king beds was great, I would have like to be closer to the front, but it was great.
The hotel was unique. The environment and decor was fun. I loved how close the hotel was to Disneyland.
The room itself was okay, but I thought the bathroom set up was unusual. It felt more like shopping mall bathroom.
How close it was to Disneyland
No breakfast, rooms weren’t great, and very limited parking.
Everything was great, close to park.
Pillows are to thick,
Leo is always spectacular. This trip Sam and Vivian also helped make our stay special. And Mike always goes out of his way to welcome us back. This team of people is why we will always come back to The Anaheim Hotel. Thank you for the extra touches!
We had the most wonderful time at The Anaheim hotel!! The staff was very sweet and made adjustments for my family whom has special needs!! The front desk was so helpful for us everytime we needed something, especially Ms.Serria!! She made sure we were taken care of !! We can't wait to go back!!! We loved the room on the bottom with the little patio!! The beds are amazing and the pool was even better!!! We loved it!!
The staff was the best experience!
The room was in rough shape. Chairs were unusable due to instability. The floors were very, very creaky and I felt like I was disturbing the downstairs occupants just by walking around. The water pressure kept sputtering in the sink and shower.
We love staying at The Anaheim hotel! Thank you Daniel and Leo for alway providing the top tier customer service. Thank you for making our check ins easy :)
I loved the vintage but modern mid-century vibes of the Anaheim Hotel. All the staff was were super friendly. There are so many outdoor places to chill and relax or visit with friends and family like the pool or outdoor games. And my room had a private patio with a lounger chair and table/chairs!
The bathroom in my room was rather small. So that was a little bit of a challenge at times.
The staff here is so friendly and combined with the retro modern theming is just a fun overall vibe.
The pool here is huge and heated, they have lawn games like mini golf and connect 4, and even a Top Golf suite.
The rooms a really spacious and a lot have balconies that offer firework views.
They also have a pizza place in the lobby which is great for late night dinner.
Were locals and this is our go to spot for staycations because of the staff, the resort feel and the convenience, literally right across from the parks.
Best place to start at Disneyland
Great location, great pool and super quiet rooms (stayed on 2nd floor). The price of this hotel is great for the location, if you are picky with how old a hotel feels, you might not want to stay here. Theres small things running down around here, but again you are paying a slightly cheaper rate then some of the other hotels around the area. The outside is super cute and having a big pool is great. Our big concern was the lobby smell. It was overwhelming to walk in each time we had to pass through. The smell of the cleaning supplies were super duper strong for our whole family. I have never had this issue with a hotel before. We would stay here again, but walk around the lobby each time if we could
That is close to disneyland, the workers, really friendly
Room is old the carper was dirty..
A good hotel with a mid century modern theme. We've stayed numerous times and are generally very happy. It's close to Disney with a ten-ish minute walk to the front gates. My only issue this time was the AC unit would only blow room temp air, and the unit was displaying a code to show it was broken. It had to if been a known issue because a fan was left in the room and I've never had one before. We made it work and it was still a great trip. I know they've been renovating this hotel slowly so hopefully they can get it fixed or upgraded to a mini split.
Our experience here at the Anaheim Hotel is always great ! We were greeted by Leo who just has this Magical Spark ! Very Happy welcoming and his personality just uplifts the spirit! Great Job Leo, Thank You!
Hotel was clean and the atmosphere was great. Had some drinks at the Bar that were also 10/10.
Staff Very kids friendly Pricilla and Leo surprised my daughter with some delicious Cookies attentive and kind to her. Overall a great experience, our family is definitely looking forward to come back soon !
Thank You for the experience !!!!
Great location...across the street from Disneyland!
Last time I was there (in February) I did not receive a coffee maker, One phone call to the front desk and one was delivered! This time the Internet went down...I couldn't get onto my computer. It was down for, at least, one day. Also, I did not get enough pillows. Not even a spare in the closet! It was OK, but the thought of more pillows seemed very inviting! I did not enjoy being placed in the back of the hotel. I was in the back, as well, when I came in February! Good thing I have great shoes!! I don't like paying for parking, either! A lot of the other hotels don't charge for parking. The only reason I chose this hotel was because it was the cheapest one located on Harbor Blvd. I have stayed at other places that gave better deals!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Anaheim hotel. We were greeted by Mike who helped me with my rent scooter and Leo, who went and beyond when our stroller broke. All of the staff was very helpful and responsive. The room was a nice size and the pool was great. Our family also enjoyed the recreational area. We recommend the hotel.
I have to say this past trip to the hotel was 10/10. Booking was easy , the check in was amazing and everyone was so friendly . We got assistance with our luggage and got an amazing surprise with balloons and Disney confetti on the beds. We also got some yummy cookies and a birthday card. This was so nice celebrating my oldest daughter . We had a chance to see fireworks from the patio. Also beds super comfy and in room coffee is really good. We have loved this hotel since 2019. The location is perfect for going to Disneyland .
Thank you for helping to make this birthday celebration so memorable 😊🥳it was awesome .
We have been to this hotel 3 times and each time they have gone above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Nice clean rooms. Excellent location with about a 5 minute walk to Disneyland. Having the Pizza Press attached to the hotel is convenient for those with kids. Great food and open early and late! I highly recommend!
My family and I stayed at The Anaheim Hotel for 4 nights, on a spring break trip to Disneyland, and we had a great time! The location, just a block down from the Disneyland pedestrian entrance, can't be beat. The hotel design and decor are cute, embracing the hotel's mid-century modern era.
The rooms are clean and quiet, and the staff is friendly. We also really enjoyed the patio connected to our room. We sat on the patio to eat our pizza from the hotel's attached restaurant, The Pizza Press. It was a tasty convenient option for taking an evening break from the parks. I also appreciated the big water dispensers in the lobby, with ice-cold lemon water, for filling our water bottles before heading to the parks.
Finally, an extra perk comes from the hotel's loyalty program. I learned that if you book directly with the hotel, you can join the loyalty program to earn points towards a free night's stay. After the 6th night, you can earn a free night. Since I know we'll be back to visit Disneyland again, this is a nice bonus. The manager, Candi Crowe, was very helpful to me in setting this up too! Thanks again!!
