Pros:

Great location
Pros:

Location is the key. Loved the lemon ice water at the lobby. Perfect for quenching your thirst after the long walks at the park.

Friendly Staff
Pros:

The location was great and the staff was very friendly. One staff member even gave my daughter a disney pin when he saw he had one that was a part of her set.

Cons:

We were in the only building that did not have balconies. The air freshener in the lobby was very overwhelming.

Excellent customer service
Pros:

We have stayed at the Anaheim Hotel a few times when visiting Disneyland and appreciate the location (easy walk to the parks) and the overall theming of the hotel.

We usually fly into Anaheim before we can check in at the hotel so we store our luggage. We have been lucky enough to have Leo help us several times and he is always so friendly and has a great sense of humor that makes our trip start off wonderfully. This last trip, we had an issue with our keycards not working and Leo went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed.

Treated like a queen
Pros:

This was our second stay at The Anaheim Hotel and it’s our new favorite when we go to Disneyland. The price is very reasonable. The location is a comfortable walking distance from the park. The lobby is beautiful and inviting. The adjoining Pizza Press is delicious and convenient. The whole hotel has a fun retro vibe. The pool is huge and we love when they have a live DJ. The staff is all very courteous, but we had the privilege of meeting the famous Leo. Leo joyfully delivered a whole cart full of bags to our room, in the heat of Summer, and entertained us with his sparkling personality. He made us feel like royalty, even going so far as to refer to me as “the queen”. 😋 We love The Anaheim Hotel and our new friend, Leo, is even more reason for us to return. 💖

Great hotel!
Pros:

Great location & amenities
Pros:

I stayed on property with my daughter for a few days during the 1st week of August. Everyone that we encountered was so nice, our room was clean, & the beds were super comfy! We even got to meet Leo! We enjoyed our stay & will be back!

Best hotel near Disneyland
Pros:

Location is seriously the icing on the cake. The atmosphere is just breath takin. You truly feel like you’re in a resort somewhere in Florida .. the room is nice and spacious.

Our second stay here
Pros:

I’ve now been to the Anaheim hotel twice and love it. The pool area is amazing, they have a huge pool that is nice with lots of room. There was an issue with our shower since this is an older location but housekeeping (Celia) came in and showed us how to use it.

Leo (bell service) gave us lots of tips and helped immensikey through out our stay. I love the location, the service, the pool area and the huge lawn they have for games. There’s so much to do here if you’re staying with a family.
