On the positive side, the hotel’s proximity to Disneyland Park is very convenient, and the pool area is decent.

Cons:

The stay was below expectations overall. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable lack of proactiveness from staff regarding luggage assistance. A cart and help transporting luggage to the room were only provided after explicitly requesting it, rather than being offered as part of the standard check-in experience.

There were also maintenance issues in the room. The bathtub did not drain properly and began to back up shortly after starting the shower. Staff attempted a fix by replacing the shower head, but this did not resolve the issue, and we were informed that this might be typical across rooms.

The property itself feels dated and could benefit from better upkeep. Additionally, there are limited on-site breakfast options, which may be inconvenient for some travelers.

Given the overall experience, I would likely consider alternative accommodations in the future.

Great location and staff, dysfunctional room.
Pros:

Love the variety of food options, great pool, wonderful staff.

Cons:

Insanely long lines just to get on an elevator. Our air conditioner works very poorly and our room was almost 80 for half of our stay. Had to call the front desk twice to get maintenance up. Maintenance was wonderful (thank you Assam!) but it still took about 4 hours for the room to get down to a comfortable temperature. The internet and the remote to the tv were both very slow. For almost $400 a night the difficulties were surprising and disappointing.

Pros:

We love everything about this place. The staff,the food,the area!

Cons:

Some rooms need to be updated. Ac was too close to our bed. But it wasnt that big of a deal.

Pros:

Close walk to Disneyland, the room was big and spacious, the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The shower needs to be updated, there was a certain way to turn on the water for hot water to take a shower. Breakfast was extra.

Great hotel amenities but very dated rooms.
Pros:

The hotel amenities were great. Lots of things to do with a family. It had a big pool and the staff were very helpful and kind. It was a very quick walk to the parks.

Cons:

The walls are paper thin. I could hear full conversations from adjacent rooms. The rooms are very dated and need a remodel. The front door of my room had a big gap at the bottom that would let in light and bugs from the outside. There were stains on the carpet and the bed was not very comfortable.

Cons:

bedroom was outdated bathroom counter top was chipped shower temp was warm not hot, shower head was barley spraying. overall just not worth what we paid. have been to this hotel many times but will pay more to stay at a nicer place for now on.

Stayed here in the past before they changed and it was a huge improvement! Still some renovations to do on the facilitie

Great location, nice grounds and lobby.

Cons:

They’re still renovating but the showers need serious updates. And the rooms should be themed a bit more with the lobby and bar theme. Also paying for parking when you need a room key to even access the lot is ridiculous.

Should have stayed somewhere else
Pros:

The location is great and the front desk person was very nice.

Cons:

The facilities are worn down and falling apart. The first room we were given had a broken shower and area around the sink was dirty. We were moved to a different room and the carpeted floor was so dirty and stained that it felt sticky when you walked on it in your bare feet.
