Will never go back. Toilet didn't want to flush, bathtub wouldn't drain so had to stand in water

This place is a jip nice pics but its dirty and disgusting they are too cheap and it has bugs terminex was there

Dirty the bed sheets and comforter had literal dirt on them we had to change rooms
key card didn’t work every time we left had to go back down for a new key
Free breakfast was disgusting I wouldn’t even give it away nothing was fresh instead of refrigeration they used ice to keep fruit cool
Coffee was cold had to ask for fresh coffee at 7am

My worst hotel experience
Cons:

Ants…..door lock system terrible.
Given a room that was occupied by another family
Room key for the second room didn’t work with two different sets of keys. Maintenance had difficulty opening the door. When the door was opened. It was the wrong room plan. My reservation was for two full beds not one king bed. Was told the third party booking company sent the reservation in wrong to them. Finally got the correct room type and key failed the second night of my stay. It took me over an hour to get settled into a room initially.

Hotel is showing it’s age. Carpets need deep cleaning , luggage carts in disrepair, access panels in elevator were open throughout the stay.

Easy to access the venue and reason I traveled
Pros:

Very close to my venue, very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The shower did not drain properly so I had standing water above my ankles while showering, the lamp to the right of the bed seemed as if it wasn’t turning on, when I had turned off all nights I noticed it was very very very dim.

Comfortable beds, decent shower

Cons:

Booked handicap accessible room. Received room with one hand bar on bathroom. Moved to second room and same situation. We have stayed at this hotel before and had accessible room that met our needs. Overpriced,especially when you consider breakfast was an additional charge.

The fire alarm going off at 12:30 am.
Ice cream bar purchases that looked disgusting when opened. We did get a refund.
Bathroom did not have a fan/vent for the shower.
