My stat and service was good, the hotel is older and bathrooms could definitely be updated.

It was very clean and presentable

Cons:

Maintenance areas/products were exposed on our floor and our tub didn’t drain.
Employees were not talking bad about guests or anything but were openly talking in the lobby about shift changing information and what needed to be done management wise next shift. Nothing distasteful just things that I feel should be talked about in an office-they stated guests last names and payment details openly. Things I would want confidential if it was about myself.

The place is not bad, however, it does need to have some updates and attention, overall was not bad.
Pros:

I did not eat at the hotel. Location for what I needed was very close.

Cons:

There was no microwave in room and the coffee pot did not work the best. There were flies that were coming from the bathroom sink.

Sufficient for a place to sleep, but the water didn’t get very hot in the shower.
Pros:

The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. Room was clean and bathroom was clean as well.

Cons:

The ceiling was chipping and fell onto the floor making a mess. The hot water in the shower was barely warm (at best). The mini fridge barely worked. Hotel needs updated, as they are behind. I have stayed at other Crowne Plaza’s and they were top of the line (which prompted my booking for this trip), but this one….is behind on the times. The outdoor pool and hot tub were closed.

A good place to stay but please confirm with hotel first to avoid last minute hassles
Pros:

The location. Indeed, i didn't stay myself but arranged the stay for my about 20 guests. Since the hotel was the venue for my daughter's marriage reception event, hence it was the best place to arrange stay of my guests.

Cons:

The staff messed up some of the guest check-ins, though I personally went to the hotel and gave clear instructions, and also emailed as requested that I will bear all the expenses. Despite this, some of the guests had difficulty checking in. One of the guests was not allowed to check in, though we got the approved guest name changed by booking.com (had a hard copy of the approval), but the hotel said they did not receive any information from booking.com. I don't know whose at fault, but to avoid the embarrassment, I checked her into a new room with extra money. Due to such incidents, I had to shell out extra money to instantly book extra rooms, despite confirmed bookings. I did not have enough time to argue as I have to be at the event and return to my place of work.
