I like pool
Accommodations however food was subpar breakfast 16 a person is excessive thats why no one is prolly ever in there and when talking and booking room no one explained 100 dollar hold price should refelect this
The predatory practice of deceiving your patrons with clever wording when advertising rooms is abhorrent. Imagine going through hell with your rental car process, losing a day of your hotel stay as a result, driving 11 hours to get to your hotel to get a good nights rest and complementary breakfast in the morning only to find that your shower leaks, soaked you carpet in the room, bathroom fan doesn’t work and my absolute favorite part, walking into the dining area the next morning only to be told “your room is not on the list”. Meaning you must pay for the cold breakfast food that felt and taste like cardboard and paper. The waffle maker was broken, we had NOTHING to look forward too here!
When booking through a third party says that the breakfast would be free my daughter went down with my grandkids and got so embarrassed because Crown Plaza didn’t honor the free breakfast through any third parties. I will definitely not be dealing with Crown plaza hotels ever again. And the facilities have crackheads dwelling there! A very ran down.
Nothing
Friendly staff, great location.
Breakfast was not great. Little selection and what was there didnt taste good at all. Mold on the lampshades, noticed that when ready to check out.
The pool
The bugs in room ..the rugs ripped
The toilet running constantly
I contacted the staff about the toilet seat I almost fell off worst hotel I jave ever stayed at
The staff were nice.
Our original room had plumbing issues, we had to be moved to another room for our second night. The outdoor pool was not usable, the hallways and lobby were about 100 degrees. They allowed music to be loudly played until almost midnight.
The elevators were broken. Had to use the service elevator. The shower head wouldn’t move leaving water all over the bathroom. And it didn’t drain until well after the water was turned off. There was a peephole that was just covered by a small square of wallpaper in the bathroom and it was peeling off. The room smelled off as well
The only good thing I can say about our stay was that the staff was very kind. Everything else was a nightmare! The outdoor pool was green with garbage floating in it. There were beer bottles, cigarette butts & garbage EVERYWHERE on the grounds. Our rooms shower was broken to where it leaked all day/night. The bathroom sink drain was broken. We tried to go to the restaurant on location & waited 20 min so we left. There was no bedding for the pullout sofa so we had to wait an hour to get some. The elevators only worked half of the time and last but not least, a man exposed himself to my 14 yo son & myself while we were at the Pond on sight, while he urinated, looking right at us. Come to find out the hotel puts up homeless people. The first floor (by the pond) looked like a homeless shelter with garbage, chairs, grills, etc. We filed an incident report with the manager. We did not feel safe staying here. Very disappointing!
There was no running hot water. They did not let me know this upon check in or I would have chosen another hotel.
The bed was comfortable, unfortunately that was the only positive from our stay.
We walked in and the room smelled like old cigarette smoke covered by air freshener, the traffic noise was very loud (beyond the norm) so we checked the window and it looked like it could fall out of the building at any point, there were many water stains on the ceiling that were poorly patched, no hot water in the morning, the morning breakfast tasted like how fabuloso cleaner smells and we paid twice the rate that the hotel normally costs for what was supposed to be an event that was then cancelled.
I wasn't able to stay due to a unknown policy that wasnt on the website.
I didn't like that I reserved a room and when I went to check in I wasn't able to get the room because Im a Columbus resident. Im sure why I was able to reserve the room if this was a room. The attendant wasnt no help didnt seem to care that I didn't have room after one of my friends already paid for his room which he wasn't able to get either. All are plans was ruined and funds are still pending. Poor communication within the company. Im really upset with this hotel.
This hotel was disappointing for this brand. Front desk manager was so unfriendly and rotten to his staff. Carpet in hallways was disgusting. Our room’s bathroom sink was clogged from the start.
It was a place to sleep.
Grounds and halls were dirty and stank. Broken glass was on entrance sidewalk and was not cleaned although we stayed 5 days. Trashcan overflowing outside. Breakfast was not worth the price subpar cold food and sticky floors. We were initially given a room and key to find it was already occupied. When we were upgraded to a suite we got there to find the ceiling caving in from a water leak. The door connected to the other room was scotch taped on the cracks and the entire room reeked of Marijuana.
