Pros:

Friendliness of staff, cleanliness, location (near Josephstadt)

Cons:

I like a gym but knew that there wasn’t any when booking, so no problem. Pillows too soft for me, should probably be a choice of hard and soft pillows.

Pros:

Ottimo albergo posizionato a metà strada fra la stazione e il centro, con possibilità di muoversi a piedi agevolmente, ben servito comunque da metro e autobus. Molto confortevole la stanza, pulitissima e con letti molto comodi. Buona la colazione.

The hotel is really nice and clean, in walking distance from major tourist attractions.
I had a great time at this hotel and I felt very welcomed and they made my short stay in Vienna a very pleasant one.

Чудесен хотел с отлично местоположение.
Cons:

Възглавниците. Прекалено големи и прекалено меки. Поне едната възглавница трябва да е по- твърда, за да се спи удобно. Банята трябва да се зарежда всеки ден с тоалетни принадлежности

Pros:

Доброжелательный персонал, отличная локация. Каждый день меняют полотенца.

Cons:

Нет банных халатов. Не убирают под кроватью- пыль, грязь.
К сожалению, была закрыта зона завтраков, там шёл ремонт, но это не упрёк, а констатация факта. Хорошо, что руководство отеля обновляет помещения.
