Lång kö till incheckning, dålig planering att inte kalla in fler personal, det fanns andra omkring som inte ombads rycka in. Personal i receptionen stirrade på sin skärm när man passerade, inget hej. Lite tråkig frukost. Rummet dystert, mörkgrå gardin, allt dunkelt. Saknade hudlotion på rummet.
