Staff jeopardized the safety of my children, violated our privacy and trust.

Appeared to be newly renovated.

Cons:

Hotel manager and male maintenance staff entered our room WITHOUT consent while my minor teenage daughters were alone and after my daughters told them they could not come in. The AC unit was leaking and they wanted to fix it but refused to wait for me and my husband to return. Highly inappropriate and illegal behavior. It was not an emergency that couldn’t wait. Just needed to turn the unit off and wait for parents to return. Then the following day while showering the shower leaked through the wall and was pouring water out into the living room.

Overall comfortable stay.
Pros:

We did not have breakfast there. Didn’t know there was breakfast?

Cons:

Construcción hammering directly above our bed in upper floor. But glad to see hotel is getting upgraded.

It was a great stay!
Pros:

It was clean. We were in a new refurbished room. Staff was super helpful.

Decent stay for the price. Rooms were good.

That it was a suite style room

Cons:

The bathroom in the lobby was disgusting! Flies everywhere . The hallways had a weird smell !

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Great location, wonderful staff and loved the layout of the room

Cons:

My main complaint with all hotels is that pets are allowed in any room. I totally understand that the new need for some people to have pets with them is a thing, but many of us have allergies and we have to travel medicated, which I find discourteous.

Exceptional Service & Great New Look!
Pros:

I’ve been a frequent guest at this location, and I felt it was time to share why I keep coming back.

The service here is top-notch, and that is largely thanks to Laura Hill. She is truly the heart of the lobby. Every time I visit, she is warm, welcoming, and incredibly proactive. I constantly see her going out of her way to help guests, whether it’s a quick question or a more complex request. Knowing she is there gives me total peace of mind that I’ll be taken care of.

On top of the stellar service, the recent renovations look fantastic! The space feels fresh, modern, and very comfortable.

If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel genuinely valued as a guest, this is it. Highly recommended!
