Pros:

Room was super spacious! It was easy access to shops, and restaurants. Shuttle to Disney was walking distance. Great location.

Cons:

We booked a room for 5 people with breakfast and the manager only allows us to use 4 breakfast passes not 5. She was rude about it too! We had to pay extra.

Phone never worked in room and staying with a8 teens to supervise/bedroom tv never worked/ no hot water to room until after 7 am/had to hold handle on toliet to flush completely / ice machines were non operatioal

Great hotel and restaurant
Pros:

Decent hotel, excellent restaurant. Leo was our waiter in the restaurant most of the week, and his incredibly upbeat, friendly, and welcoming demeanor just made every day start off with a bang of positivity. He clearly has an "I'm here, why not be the best I can" mentality, and god I love that! There are quite a few hotels within a stone throw of here, and most look newer. That being said, if I was to come to this area again, I'd stay at this one, just because of Leo. God bless you my friend!

Just what we needed.
Pros:

The room was very nice and comfortable. The layout was spacious.

Cons:

The elevator broke and it was still in use with the lights off. When i inquired I was told it was broke. So why was it answering calls for people to get on?
