Pros:

Everything was so clean and the communication was amazing. The beds were also the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in for a hotel in Anaheim.

Excellent customer service!!!
Pros:

The Front desk was absolutely amazing! Everyone working behind the desk especially Sheraine, Daniella & Nick! Those 3 were amazing!!

And a special thank you to Sheraine for helping us check in. There was an issue checking in because of the 3rd party website we booked through.

Sheraine handled it perfectly and fixed the problem! Again thank you to those three!

Amazing customer service.
Pros:

Amazing customer service. Even though we had reserved a single king, at the last moment, my son decided to join us. Even though the hotel was fully booked, they found a way to help us secure a room with two beds. At checkout, I inadvertently left my Kindle reader in the lobby while waiting for the uber. They most graciously sent it back to me with the best follow up from Savannah. Thank you so much.

Great Experience! Would stay there again. Nick is the BEST!
Pros:

Excellent Experience! Nick was one of the best front desk staff members that I have ever met! He made my stay that much more enjoyable. I am so glad that I was able to stay at the Anaheim Marriott Suites and I would love to return again the next time I take a Business Cruise.

Staff jeopardized the safety of my children, violated our privacy and trust.

Appeared to be newly renovated.

Cons:

Hotel manager and male maintenance staff entered our room WITHOUT consent while my minor teenage daughters were alone and after my daughters told them they could not come in. The AC unit was leaking and they wanted to fix it but refused to wait for me and my husband to return. Highly inappropriate and illegal behavior. It was not an emergency that couldn’t wait. Just needed to turn the unit off and wait for parents to return. Then the following day while showering the shower leaked through the wall and was pouring water out into the living room.

Decent stay for the price. Rooms were good.

The bathroom in the lobby was disgusting! Flies everywhere . The hallways had a weird smell !
