L'accueil, la propreté et le rangement de la chambre , le petit déjeuner est bon

Cons:

C'était hyper chaud et confiné, la clim ne marche pas, l'hôtel était vide et on nous a donné une chambre avec fenêtre qui s'ouvre à peine alors que yavait beaucoup de chambres avec balcon et plus aéré.

La piscine intérieure.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas apprécié le fait qu’on me dise de payer un supplément pour mon enfant alors que la réservation indiquait clairement gratuité pour votre enfant. La vétusté de l’hôtel et les moustiques à foison.

Séjour parfait et correspondant à nos attentes.
Pros:

Nous avons eu une chambre conforme à nos souhaits et à nos attentes. L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel étaient au rendez-vous. Un endroit calme et confortable.
La piscine extérieure était propre et les jardins environnants bien entretenus.
La piscine couverte et chauffée était propre à bonne température, un staff était présent.
Le buffet petit déjeuner est riche et varié.
En bref, que ce soit pour des vacances ou un voyage d’affaires, je revendrai volontiers au Regency.

Cons:

Absence de certains couverts au buffet le matin : petites cuillères, cuillères, tasses.

Loved Tunisia!
Pros:

We travelled with Senior Discovery Tours for 16 days and loved every minute of Tunisia! Can't say enough about how beautiful this country is and especially this hotel embassy one of the best! The pool, the beach and the food were phenomenal! I highly recommend it!
