Personel a l'écoute très accueillant et très rapide dispo a toute heure ,lingerie qui travaille matin et soir contrairement aux autres hôtels
Chambre qui pue l'humidité et pleine de moustiques. dommage un très bel hôte mais manque d'hygiène même le bonhomme qui nettoyé l'ascenseur le chiffon sentait pas bon et a laissé une odeur juste après.
Acceuil au top par Fouad le Responsable de la réception. Nous sommes arrivés tard et nous avons été bien reçu. J'avais formulé une demande particulière pour la préparation de la chambre et la réponse a été au delà de notre demande donc expérience super. Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous venons dans cet hotel et à chaque fois l'expérience est superbe. La piscine chauffée est un luxe lorsqu'il pleut ou qu'il fait froid. L'eau est très chaude ce qui permet une vraie relaxation. Nous n'avons pas utilisé les équipements spa et massages par manque de temps. Les équipements sportifs sont largement suffisants. Le petit déjeuner est varié et permet de combler tous les palais.

Unterkunft war gross und super ausgestattet. Meine Frau hatte Geburtstag und die Unterkunft hat einen gratis einen Kuchen geschenkt. Wir haben gute Erfahrungen gemacht.

WE really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were unfailingly charming and welcoming. We loved the very authentic Thai restaurant.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, they were always eager to help us. We got an upgrade in our room, and they offered us a late check-out without even asking.
The hotel building itself has an old-school feel which is interesting.
Oh and the breakfast is probably the richest we have eaten in a hotel, there are people who can prepare crepes, eggs, juice on the spot for you. We loved that!
There are some details here and there, but anything could be fixed just by asking the friendly staff.
