Pros:

Le service etait impeccable. Je suis en situation de handicap, le personnel m'a mis a disposition la chambre 355 (chambre pmr). Le petit déjeuner était bon également.

Le séjour a été agréable, le mois de septembre est parfait car il fait encore tres beau , l'hôtel est calme , la piscine et la mer sont à disposition sans trop de fréquentation

Une mention particulière pour le restaurant thaïlandais et le jardin extérieur tres bien entretenu

Un grand merci à Mr Walid GUIZANI et à toute son équipe pour l’accueil, leur gentillesses et leur professionnalismes. L’emplacement est idéal et le petit déjeuner est très varié et vraiment très bon ! Avec un large choix. Ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est le personnel : toujours disponible, à l’écoute et aux petits soins. Même lorsqu’un imprévu survient, l’équipe fait tout son possible pour faciliter les choses et trouver rapidement une solution. On se sent vraiment considéré et bien accompagné.
Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette attention et cette bienveillance. Une adresse où l’on se sent bien et où l’on revient avec plaisir !

何も期待してはいけないホテル
Pros:

良かったのはプールと海、朝食の内容、部屋が広く、建物も昔は綺麗だったんだろうなという感じでした。

Cons:

まず、チェックインに1時間近く待たされました。それから部屋に案内されましたが、部屋は全く掃除されていませんでした。スタッフにそのことを告げにロビーまで戻りましたが、掃除されていない室内の写真を見せたところ、それは消してくれと言われました。
それから別の部屋に案内されましたが、そこはその前の部屋よりさらに奥、ロビーから一番離れた棟で、全く手入れされておらず、中庭がありましたが廃屋のようでした。途中には水浸しの廊下や、壊れたドアなどがありました。
部屋は…昔は綺麗だったんだろうなと思えましたが、あらゆるところが汚れており、壁紙はシミだらけでした。窓はいつから拭いていないのか、景色が見えないほど白くなっていました。バスルームは排水口に壊れた洗濯物を干すための紐と大量の髪の毛が絡まって詰まっており、とても気持ちが悪かったです。部屋の電話は繋がらず、ロビーまで歩くのも面倒だったので私が掃除しました。挙げ句の果てにはゴキブリがいました。
本当に驚くべきホテルでした。そこそこお安かったのと、海とプールと朝食は良かった（朝食会場はもちろん綺麗じゃなかったですが）のでなんとか許せましたが、大事な人と泊まるのはやめた方がいいです。
抜本的な改革が必要だと思います。

Nous avons été reçus royalement ! Un immense merci au directeur qui mérite une mention toute particulière pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et son attention envers les clients. Un vrai professionnel, toujours aux petits soins. 👏
On ressent vraiment son implication et sa volonté de faire de chaque séjour une belle expérience.
Un grand bravo également à toute l’équipe, adorable, souriante et professionnelle. La propreté est irréprochable, la restauration excellente et le petit-déjeuner varié et copieux.
Tout était parfait, vraiment 10/10 sur tous les points ! ❤️
Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe du Regency pour ce magnifique séjour ! 🇹🇳✨
