في البداية، كانت هذه أول زيارة لي إلى دولة تونس، ولم أكن أعرف عنها الكثير. اخترت هذا الفندق دون أي توصية مسبقة أو معرفة سابقة، وإنما أعجبني موقعه وشكله فقط.
لكنني تفاجأت منذ اللحظة الأولى بروعة وجمال التعامل من جميع الموظفين دون استثناء. فمنذ وصولي تم استقبالي بكل حفاوة وترحيب، وتقديم مشروب الضيافة أثناء إجراءات تسجيل الدخول، واستمر هذا الاهتمام والاحترام طوال فترة إقامتي وحتى لحظة المغادرة.
كل الشكر والتقدير لمدير الفندق الأستاذ كمال، ولمدير علاقات النزلاء الأستاذ وليد، والأستاذ صبري، وكذلك للأستاذة في الاستقبال التي يؤسفني أنني لا أتذكر اسمها. لقد كان الجميع مثالاً للاحترافية واللباقة وحسن التعامل، وكانوا دائماً حريصين على تقديم المساعدة والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل.
بصراحة، مستوى الخدمة كان فوق الممتاز، ويفوق ما شاهدته في كثير من الوجهات التي زرتها سابقاً. كانت تجربة مميزة تركت لدي انطباعاً رائعاً ليس عن الفندق فحسب، بل عن أهل تونس وكرم ضيافتهم أيضاً.
شكراً لكم جميعاً على هذه التجربة الجميلة، وأتمنى أن أرى هذا المستوى الراقي من الخدمة والاهتمام في جميع الفنادق حول العالم. وبإذن الله ستكون لي زيارة أخرى لهذا الفندق في المستقبل، وسأحرص على ترشيحه لكل من يزور تونس

Bel et propre hôtel avec du personnel gentil et un super petit déjeuner ! Meilleur rapport qualité prix de gammarth !
Le personnel était au top, vu que l'hôtel n'était pas beaucoup rempli ils nous ont même surclassés !
Dommages que la piscine et le spa ne soient pas ouvert plus tard. Les restaurants et le buffet étaient plutôt chers par rapport aux restos externes.
