Yo llegué alrededor de las 12 pm y me tocó esperar 4 horas para entrar y no fueron flexibles en que permitieran el ingreso aunque sea 1 hora antes. Aunque tienen una bodega para resguardar el equipaje mientras se espera el check in

Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten dieses Hotel zu buchen. Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist. Im Hotel ist eine geisteskranke Feuchtigkeit, die trotz Luftentfeuchter nicht in den Griff zu kriegen ist. Es riecht feucht, alles im Zimmer ist nach kurzer Zeit klamm. Trotzdessen wir nach einer Nacht abgereist sind, roch meine ganze Kleidung den restlichen Tripp über einfach nur widerlich und modrig. Mein absolutes Highlight war eigentlich nur noch, als nach der ersten Nacht die Tür von unserem Zimmer plötzlich von außen geöffnet wurde, weil neuen Gästen unser Zimmer samt Türcode zugewiesen wurde. Trotz dreimaliger Bitte war niemand in der Lage den Türcode zu ändern. Zwar haben wir einen neuen erhalten, der alte ging jedoch immer noch. Das ist laut den Bewertungen schon mindestens das 3. Mal!

Wir haben dem Hotel dann abends mitgeteilt, dass wir die Unterkunft wechseln (per Booking-Chat, da die Rezeption ab 16 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt ist). Es täte ihnen leid und sie wollten sich am nächsten Tag melden. Hat natürlich keiner und Geld für den entstandenen Schaden (Doppelbuchung) gibt’s auch nicht. Das Zimmer war schlicht nicht bewohnbar und durch die Weitergabe des Türcodes auch nicht sicher. Dennoch konnte Booking keine Einigung erzielen. Muss man sich mal reinziehen. Jetzt sitz ich stinkend am Flughafen und freu mich auf meinen 8 h Rückflug. Die armen Leute, die neben mir sitzen müssen.

Poor cleaning habits had to change our own bedding for seven days. And struggled to get new linens to do it. They want guests to carry dirty towels down to front desk area and drop them in a bid and grab new towels from an understocked, unsupervised cabinet
2nd day in. I contacted the front desk to have our room cleaned at 11am then again at 4pm. just have to physically go find a non English speaking housekeeping employee at 7pm. And communicate via Google translate. Just to get a response via AI text at 1am. That maintenance has brought me bedding.
And come to find the next day. Human at front desk said Housekeeping doesn't service the rooms while being used. Only after check out. Lol
Everything involving with customer service/front desk after 4pm is ai chat only.
80% of the lobby is a makeshift restaurant that has folding divider walls separating the front desk leaving barely elbow room to get by to reach the elevator.
Language barrier for English speaking guests requires staff to have translate app to communicate with English speaking guests.
Arrived 6hrs early til check in at 3. They said they were trying to get housekeeping to expedite the room for us. Sat on 2 kitchen chairs for 3+ hrs. Also we learned that the hotel wouldn't take responsibility of my luggage while they stored it in their furnace room. It had a pin code lock. But nothing to identify who luggage belongs to. The sole reason we stayed onsite, other than eating in the lobby consuming restaurant within the building. Staff and restaurant guests used men's and women's bathrooms located on the 2nd floor of the hotel.
The low price does not make up for the ridiculous subpar business ethics and establishment. Get better service at a motel 6 lol. At least they try... to clean daily and care about their guests accommodation lol.
Mind you this was our 3rd trip to Miami Beach and 1st time in this crappy motel.

2x4 személyre foglaltunk. Amíg a másik szobában 2 franciaágy volt, addig ebben csak egy. Ezen kívül egy kihúzható, rossz minőségű sarokágy. 2 személyre volt csak ágynemű,2 személyre törölköző.

Even though we stayed for eight nights, they didn't come to change the sheets even once—and I did mention it. We also had to go and get clean towels ourselves from the cupboard in the lobby.
