Pros:

The hotel was excellent — from the location to the responsiveness of the staff. It’s close to the ocean and to the best croissants in the city (there’s a café right next door).

Cons:

Aside from a small issue during check-in, which was resolved quickly, everything was great.

Pros:

A localização é boa, próximo à praia e possui mercados e farmácias próximo do hotel. O quarto é simples mas atende a estadia. O atendimento on-line é muito bom e super rápido para responder. Os amenities são de boa qualidade. A região se mostrou bastante tranquila e movimentada durante o dia inteiro, passa bastante sensação de segurança. Ha uma estação de trolley e ponto de ônibus há poucos metros do hotel

Cons:

Poderia ter uma mesa de trabalho no quarto. O hotel possui uma cafeteria no térreo, em alguns horários pode ser difícil sair ou entrar no hotel pois a fila de espera fica bem em frente à porta de entrada, em uma das ocasiões foi necessário empurrar uma cadeira que estava bloqueando a abertura da porta. Também é possível sentir cheiro de ovo no corredor e as vezes no quarto, principalmente pela manhã. O banheiro da cafeteria ficava no andar do nosso quarto, as vezes os clientes da cafeteria compartilhavam elevador ou faziam barulho no corredor, principalmente pela manhã.

Very beautiful Hotel, Great Location, every bus is available right from the Hotel to airport and to the Beach. Food shops available around the Hotel. Rooms are very beautiful like 5 star staff is very cooperative, they kept full correspondence with me on Whatsapp 24/7

Très bon emplacement arrêt de bus, juste en face qui nous conduit un peu partout sur Miami Beach, ainsi qu’à l’aéroport ainsi qu’à Miami Downtown
Plage de Miami Beach à quatre minutes à pied

Cons:

J’ai été très surprise de voir que en une semaine jamais mes serviettes de bain n’ont été changées. Jamais mon lit fait pas de ménage fait ça, ça m’a beaucoup beaucoup surprise en mal.
