Decent.
Pros:

Close to my workplace.

Cons:

Hard to get into. Food was expensive. Prepaid $45/day parking very expensive considering there were no parking stalls to park in as new guests were arriving for the weekend.

An average day. The hotel is located in a good spot. The room says it’s a big. The staff are grumpy

Cons:

Staff and I booked accommodation with breakfast. I selected four adults and no way on the confirmation sheet did it say that breakfast was only for two adults. We chose to eat out of the hotel for this inconvenience. We did ask the Reception staff to speak to the manager with no positive outcome.

Pros:

Location was great because we were doing something downtown. Loved the outdoor patio. Restaurant views great. Staff were wonderful.

Cons:

Parking was very expensive. Shopping downtown is not good.

River view from room. Was possible to pay for late checkout.

Prefer a proper door to bathroom instead of sliding door. Queues at reception. Parking very expensive.

I was not happy about no pool/ hot tub and the price of a stay when I arrived and added another night .

The location is great but the staff and house keeping don't care.
Pros:

We checked in to the room and there was hair and other debrie on the floor. I asked the front desk to send house keeping and they asked me for photos? Which only shows the lack of care.

Cons:

The staff just do not really care, at least the house keeping and front desk.
