Hotel precisa de manutenção e treinamento para funcionários sobre a experiência do cliente.
Pros:

Café da manhã bom. Ficamos em dois quartos, um era reformado, o outro, bem antigo.

Cons:

A funcionária da recepção, Morgana, não fez questão nenhuma em nos atender com a solicitação de late check out mediante pagamento, e seria somente até 14:30h. Ela nos fez pagar por uma nova diária em outro apartamento sob a alegação de que aquele apartamento família onde estávamos estaria reservado a partir do meio-dia. Paguei por nova diária inteira em outro quarto para ficar por apenas duas horas e meia, pois eu realmente precisava, e outros funcionários anteriormente tinham falado que seria possível o late check out mediante pagamento pois o hotel não estava com lotação completa naquele dia. Mas como não fui atendida, paguei uma nova diária inteira em outro apartamento. Porém, no momento de saída, 14:30h, passei no apartamento anterior para ver se estava mesmo ocupado, e ele ainda não havia passado pela arrumação 🤡 ou seja, não fez late check out, mesmo mediante pagamento, porque não quis me atender.

Estacionamento no booking consta 35,00 a máquina do hotel estava estragada tivemos que pagar no hospital 60,00 zero prestatividade do hotel em resolver.
Reserva sem café, isso não constava nas informações que era sem café, reclamei na recepção e me disseram que era soh pagar 75 para cada um e pronto! Nenhuma flexibilidade! Informações desencontradas!
Paredes do banheiros descascando sem manutenção!
