The hotel needs really good updates

Good location. We liked Georgia (restaurant)she was incredible. Perfect English.

Cons:

The toilet Lift falls on our back when you sit on the vase and have to Hold the lift open to use it. Very uncomfortable and the cheapest I saw.. No safe in the room to leave our expensive belongs. The restaurant took over one hour to bring my food and it was cold. The bathroom wasn’t updated and it was dirty. The pool still green, dirty.

Hotel cómodo, con excelente servicio y ubicación.
Pros:

La atención del personal del check-in, Simone y João, que resolvieron con gentileza un problema logístico, la profesionalidad del personal del desayuno y de la limpieza. La comodidad del colchón y las almohadas, la presión del agua y la temperatura de la ducha. La enorme variedad del desayuno.

Cons:

La escasa iluminación de la zona de la cama, la televisión que no funcionaba.

O processo de check-in e check-out no Novotel Três Figueiras foi muito demorado. Percebi que a recepção opera de forma bastante manual, com apenas um funcionário responsável por todo o cadastro dos hóspedes, o que gera filas e atrasos nos horários de maior movimento. Seria importante que a gestão local priorizasse a alocação de mais funcionários ou a digitalização de parte do processo para agilizar o atendimento.

Pros:

Localização excelente com acesso ao aeroporto de forma rápida, mesmo em horário de pico. Quarto espaçoso, muito confortável e silencioso. O café da manhã também foi satisfatório e com uma bela vista para árvores que tornou o início da manhã muito agradável.

Cons:

Não havia toalha de piso no banheiro e só disponibilizaram uma toalha de rosto. Tivemos (eu e meu marido) que solicitar mais uma, mas acredito que já deveria ser uma ação prevista se é informado que serão dois hóspedes no quarto.
