Hotel estava lotado, quarto extremamente sujo e ar condicionado quebrado.
Recebi um upgrade de acomodação, e foi ótimo. O quarto era maravilhoso. Tinha uma reserva para um quarto standart com duas camas solteiro, e foi feita a estadia em um quarto superior com cama de casal, Muito bom.
Apesar de eu ter feito o check-in online e preenchido todos os meus dados, ainda tive que confirmar dados no front desk com o atendente. Ele me explicou que os sistemas são diferentes e que no migrar dos dados, algumas informações são perdidas, então tive que confirmar alguns dados. O hotel estava movimentado também, e acabei ficando tempo na fila de check-in. Acredito que poderiam ter mais guichês de atendimento, ou até um "autoatendimento", para resolver esse problema. Tivemos que enfrentar fila tanto no check-in quanto no check-out.

Quarto bem limpo, grande, chuveiro maravilhosos. E o atendimento dos funcionários ótimo.
Café da manhã básico pelo valor de R$72,00 por pessoa.
Mas o principal que nos deixou decepcionados foi o ar condicionado do quarto. Que não tinha como mudar a temperatura para mais frio. Estava com a temperatura fixada no 24. Dormimos mal e com muito calor. Ligamos na recepção e não tinha o que fazer. Até adiantamos nossa saída para um dia antes pois ficou inviável dormir com tanto calor.
O café da manhã é cobrado a parte, mas é bom.
O quarto poderia ser mais moderno.
Pouca luminosidade e ar não funciona muito bem.
