Beautiful hotel with great location in Siena
Pros:

4.5 rating in our book! Beautiful hotel and room with terrace/terrific views. Fantastic location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I rented a car in Siena, and they were very helpful giving me instruction on where to park. I was a bit nervous, but all turned out well. My only disappointment was the food in the bar area. We did not want to eat a big meal, so chose to eat in the hotel (bar menu). The first time, it was OK. The last evening, I could not eat the burger.
Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again and will recommend to my friends and colleagues. Splurge and get the terrace!

Pros:

Une situation idéale au cœur du centre historique. Depuis la chambre, une vue extraordinaire sur les toits de Sienne et le Duomo. Un accueil très aimable et de bons conseils pour la réservation de restaurants. Un magnifique buffet pour le petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Une chambre exiguë, meublée de manière vieillotte. Une salle de bain peu moderne.

Great luxury hotel in the city center
Pros:

Very nice, luxury hotel located in the direct center of Siena. Easy to drive to and easy to check in. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The valet parking is very expensive (79 euros) and we had our balsamic vinegar purchase stolen from our car while it was parked overnight. Remove all valuables from car before giving car to valet. There is a tip charge at the end of the stay added to the bill. This would be better to disclose at check in to avoid tipping for services twice.
