Great location for a stay in Sienna
Pros:

Location was ideal, staff very helpful, and breakfast was exceptional.

Cons:

It could use a gym and sauna, facilities were very limited for a 5 star hotel. Parking was a challenge.

Impeccabile
Pros:

Struttura impeccabile, centralissima (si arriva a piedi ovunque in 5 minuti), pulitissima e con organizzazione top. La camere sono ancora più belle che in foto ed i letti, comodissimi. Lo staff è incredibile, Gladys, Elena, Cesar, Niky ed in modo particolare Laura hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno perfetto, la loro disponibilità e accoglienza sono decisamente rari da trovare al giorno d’oggi. Non vedo l’ora di poter soggiornare di nuovo in questa struttura.

Beautiful with one the best breakfast we have ever had!
Pros:

The GH Continental is well known to be the best hotel in Siena and this is absolutely true! First: the location, really excellent! Secondly the atmosphère of the whole building, really magnificent! You really have the impression of being in the renaissance years! The room was Classic but confortable and our Little balcony had the picture perfect view on the duomo and the roofs of Siena. We had dinner at their cafe and it was nice. The staff were excellent, with special note for the reception team. Last but not least: the breakfast…maybe one of the best we have ever had in a hotel: despite the limited spaces (breakfast is served in the beautiful rooms
Of the Sapordivino restaurant) it was really abundant in quantity and quality. Best way to start the day and enjoy the visit of Siena!

Very central and well run
Pros:

The hotel was really nice, they did a great job keeping it traditional.
Staff were great, especially the young man at the front desk, gave us great local recommendations.
Very central, every thing was easily with in walking distance.
