Der Empfang könnte freundlicher sein!, nicht gut gelaufen!

Die Zimmergröße und Sauberkeit war gut.
Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und haben auch gegrüßt, wenn man vorbei lief im Foyer.
Wir waren 3 Wochen im Premium Zimmer im 4 Stock, der Ausblick war fantastisch und die Betten sehr bequem.
Die Zimmergröße war ausreichend und der Balkon hatte auch eine ausreichende Größe mit einem Tisch und zwei Stühlen.
Wir hatten ein sehr leises Zimmer 45, man hörte kaum Nachbarn. Die Klimaanlage war optimal voreingestellt 22 Grad und die Fenster schalldämmend isoliert, wir hörten kaum die Straße.

Cons:

Was uns am meisten verärgert hat, war die Nicht-Begrüßung der ggf Chefin, eine blonde Frau, mittleren Alters. Ein Mann mittleren Alters hat uns freundlich an der Rezeption begrüßt.
Im laufe des Gesprächs beim einchecken kam die blonde wohl Managerin des Hotels dazu. Wir sagten sehr freundlich Bonjour, aber sie sagte einfach gar nichts zu uns. So etwas ist uns weltweit noch nie passiert, das jemand so unfreundlich ist und nicht einmal zurück grüßt und wir hatten sogar das Premium Zimmer für 3 Wochen im Voraus bezahlt. Im Laufe der Wochen hatten wir immer ein komisches Unwohlsein Gefühl, wenn wir an ihr vorbei mussten, kennen Sie das? Also wäre ich dort der Manager des Hotels, würde ich die Dame dringendsten auf ein Schulung des guten Benehmens schicken unter dem Motto „ Wie verhalte ich mich, gegenüber meinen Gästen“ Wir werden daher dieses Hotel nicht mehr aufsuchen, denn unfreundliches Verhalten uns gegenüber kann ich nicht tolerieren, da wir selbst sehr freundlich waren.

Un bien belle semaine dans un bien accueillant hôtel !
Pros:

Côté humain, nous avons été très bien accueilli, de la réception au petit déjeuner ainsi que le service de chambre, tous les employés rencontrés ont été aimable, souriant et compétent.
Côté purement technique, nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel, la literie, la salle de bain et la chambre spacieuse.

Très reposant, exactement ce qu'il nous fallait
Pros:

J'aime beaucoup apprécié la proximité de l'hôtel, en face de la plage et proche des commerces. J'ai aussi apprécié la possibilité de pouvoir commandé quelque chose auprès du service des chambres si besoin. Enfin, le petit déjeuner est très bien pourvu et excellent. Il y en a pour tous les goûts.

Pros:

Proximité de la mer, qualité du lieu, confort du lit

Cons:

Le couloir de la chambre mérite un rafraîchissement, pas fan de la moquette au sol ..
aussi il faut marcher un petit kilomètre pour rejoindre les endroits animé de canet

Cons:

Panne d’ascenseur pendant 2 jours avec obligation de passer par un escalier étroit et pentu sans un geste commercial à la clé.
Odeurs d’humidité dans le couloir de notre étage.
Chambre mal isolée.

Fijne kamer, sanitair, ontbijt en personeel. Fietsverhuur ernaast goede service om toch de minder centrale lokatie te overbruggen .

Cons:

Airco kon niet lager dan 22 graden en dat was wel duurzaam maar net te warm voor de hitte van de zomer
