Inconsistent breakfast with limited protein and poorly managed food availability.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing and inconsistent from day to day. There was a noticeable lack of protein options overall. The egg patties appeared to be made from a mix rather than real eggs, there was no meat offered, and no hot sauce or similar condiments available.
Yogurt, which could have helped provide a basic protein option, was not handled well. It was not available at all on the first day. On the second day, it was not set out for guests—instead, it was being rationed and only offered individually by staff. When I asked for yogurt, I was told they only had a few and were giving it to children. This approach was frustrating, especially since it wasn’t clear the yogurt was even being requested by those guests.
Additionally, items were inconsistent—hash browns were available the first day but not the second. Due to the lack of reliable and balanced options, we chose to go elsewhere for breakfast for the remainder of our stay.

Sufficient for an airport hotel.
Pros:

Very close to airport. Sufficiently clean for one night stay.

Cons:

No stopper provided for tub and front desk said baths discouraged (didn't ask why) and suggested we use a wash cloth to attempt to hold water in tub which works as well as you'd expect. I know most people don't need a tub but unfortunately my wife had a sever reaction to prescription medicine and had severe all over body hives that required medicated baths. Also, this may be a problem for young children.

Pros:

The hotel is located just a few steps from the airport. The room was spacious. The hotel staff was friendly and easygoing. There is a free parking lot.

Cons:

The hotel is simply worn out and old. The room wasn’t clean (especially the floor was just sticky) and was not well lit. The breakfast was rather modest and not very tasty.

Richard Checked me in and he was Fantastic. I don't know who checked me out, she would NOT get off her phone to give me the time of day! Rude, worst I have ever encountered!

The price was excellent and you get what you pay for with this one.
Pros:

The location is very convenient to the airport and close to I-10. Some of the staff was helpful and considerate and we were allowed early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. The room itself was mediocre at best, but adequate for our needs the day prior to our flight.

Cons:

This hotel is cheap and it shows in many ways- cracked tiles, stained bathtub, dripping faucet, tiny square pillows, cable TV that constantly goes in and out, tiny bathroom, and the sink countertop was painted and peeling. The breakfast was okay, but had limited items- it could’ve used a gluten-free cereal, yogurt, and more fruit. This is not a place I would stay for anything other than a quick stop prior to an early flight or just after a late flight.

The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast was subpar. Air conditioner was so loud I had to turn it off in order to get some sleep. Shower/tub floor was dangerously slippery, there was a man in the lobby drinking beer at 5:30 in the morning. His table was littered with empty beer cans. The staff was more friendly with him than us, the guests
