Staff member who checked us in did not want to be there; he was not friendly, didn’t even say hello. We were checked into a room with dirty bed sheets and fresh makeup on a pillowcase, substance on sheets unknown. Person who checked us in answered the phone when we called about the souled sheets, he mumbled something unintelligible, and proceeded to tell us there was nothing they could do. I asked for a different room or clean sheets. Was told no one was available to remake bed and they had no other rooms. I requested a full set of clean bedding, guy said okay. We removed the soiled sheets and remade the bed ourselves. Had to call multiple times, received fitted sheet and one flat sheet then had to request pillow cases, we were tired so we gave up on trying to get a blanket.

Great Location. Great Price. Friendly Staff. Comfy beds.
Pros:

Staff was all very friendly. The breakfast was delicious both mornings that we were there. The cook was super friendly with everyone. This was our second time staying here and he was fun and playful with all the guests. The beds are super comfy compared to surrounding hotels. We stay in Anaheim several times a month so we have tried several resorts and hotels. This one is great for the price.

Cons:

There were a lot of spiders in our room this time. Even one in the shower. We killed several of them over the two days.

Needing to use my room key to get the bathroom lights and TV to work. When it's 65 degrees outside, no need to set the AC at 65 with high fan overnight.
