I will come back next time
Pros:

Excellent location, 2 metro stations are just two minutes away, and between two beautiful parks where I enjoy walking in the morning and nights. Lots of foods around. However I enjoy ordering foods delivery and the hotel has a robot to send your foods to the door.
Great facilities, I was worried because it was an old hotel with history, but looks like it has been renovated.
Great customer service, a special thanks to 小优, she is the best!

Pros:

The room was very convenient and had all the facilities I needed. It was also clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room had a lovely view.

Great hotel but they do not speak English
Pros:

The room was very large. Bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. Shower and tank both available, very spacious. There was a useful sofa. Large tv screen. Fine desktop. Lots of closet space. Large safe. Tea/coffee facility in the room. Fine swimming pool. Good gym. Fine hotel hall. Fine breakfast.

Cons:

Front-end reception people were rude and dismissive. They did not speak English and used Google Translate instead. The gym has only one treadmill, always occupied. They forgot to clean the room once in seven days and it was impossible to explain it in English over the phone.

It’s a good hotel but needed to be improved & well maintained.
Pros:

The outside design look great
lobby interior decor is beautiful
Room is Spacious

Cons:

1) carpet looks run down;
2) the marble in the bathroom is mouldy;
3) hallway outside of the room is full of smoky smell (suggestion: The penalty right now is CNY50 only, it should be increased to CNY1000. Be more effective!)
