Большой просторный номер, соотношение цена-качество. До «шарика» 30 минут пешком, удобно бегать за покупками. Большая тихая территория отеля. Я жила в номере после ремонта, свежий и хороший. Приятный персонал и менеджер Evan, молодец быстро заселил и все понятно объяснил

The hotel is located right next to the metro station. The staff are very polite, and the room was spacious, clean, and cleaned daily. The breakfast is good, and there is an excellent outdoor pool. Nearby, there is a grocery store, a pizzeria, Burger King, and McDonald's. All in all, it is an excellent hotel.

Cons:

The windows would not open.

前台员工Melvin, Carmen 和Jack 十分热心，很能为客人解决困难， 因为是半夜的回程飞机, late checkout 为我们提供了很大的方便，谢谢你们！
对了，去年（2025）因为德国到广州的飞机清晨5点多到达广州，Melvin 让我们提早入住，让我们能及早休息，因为名字当时没记住，没能及时答谢，请原谅！谢谢！

Cons:

1。早餐服务员业务水平参次，不够细心,桌上餐具不能及时补齐，自主餐盘子空了，不能及时加上，搞不懂“S”是盐，“P” 是胡椒面，造成S里面是胡椒，P是盐。
2。公寓房能提供厨具和餐具会跟符合公寓的概念

Wonderful stay in Guangzhou
Pros:

Probably one of the most beautiful hotel rooms I’ve ever been in my life. Super clean, comfortable, and the staff was super polite. We got our room upgraded to a suite, and it was amazing. Highly suggested!

Отличное место отдыха и релаксации в центре большого города
Pros:

Хорошее местоположение, рядом два парка, близко к историческим достопримечательностям города.
Большие удобные номера, вкусный разнообразный завтрак, отличный бассейн под открытым небом (нужна шапочка). Зеленая ухоженная территория отеля. В отеле несколько хороших ресторанов. Внимательный персонал. Бутилированная питьевая вода без ограничений.

Все прошло хорошо, отличная локация, рядом метро , вежливый персонал.

Older Chinese style 5-star hotel in close proximity to the airport and the Baiyun Mountain district
Pros:

Good value for money, especially the Grand suite, offering 70 sqm of space shared between the bedroom and the day meeting area. Grand-style entrance hall typical of an Asian 5-star hotel. The English-speaking concierge was outstanding in his knowledge of the local tours and operators, so it's best to consult him for advice while staying at the hotel. The hotel is located at a relatively short distance from Baiyun Airport. Taxis waiting at the hotel will take you to the local shopping districts, which are plentiful and low-priced when using their meters.

Cons:

Older style 5-star property catering chiefly to Chinese business travellers. Extremely limited entertainment and food options within walking distance. Not recommended as a tourist hotel or to be mistaken for a Western-style property. Staff do speak English, but only the concierge and some front office employees do. No general employee will understand English. The buffet breakfast offers only a very limited Western-style selection, while Chinese dishes are aplenty. Although there are many staff members, most seem inattentive because they're there to clear tables only and don't speak English or cannot help unless using sign language. Remember also, locals are not prohibited from smoking while sitting on outside tables, so be prepared to have a heavy smoker sitting right next to you.

Pros:

Très bon hôtel à Gouangzhou. Tout correspondait à nos attentes: chambre calme et spacieuse, bon petit déjeuner, personnel hyper serviable. Tout s'est bien passé et nous avons prolongé 1 nuit. Nous reviendrons.
