Pros:

Персонал на ресепшен очень отзывчивый. Стоимость проживания и расположение отеля хорошие.

Cons:

Качество уборки номеров оставляет желать лучшего. Отель старый и это чувствуется даже на уровне запахов уже на входе.

Я останавливалась в этом отеле и хочу сказать большое спасибо за прекрасный сервис. Всё было на высшем уровне: чистый и комфортный номер, удобное расположение и очень внимательный персонал.

Сотрудники всегда были готовы помочь и отвечали на все вопросы, благодаря чему пребывание прошло очень спокойно и приятно. Отель оставил очень хорошее впечатление, и я с удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова.

really nice . Staff are your strength
Pros:

The front of house staff were excellent. i needed a lot of help with where i was going and they went overboard to help.
especially a woman on night shift 2nd of march. She bought me a ticket for a train on her own card to help me.
Amazing employee and she should be congratulated on her service!!!
and give her a raise!!!!

Cons:

Internet kept falling out, and for a australian, no shows to watch on TV, or not easy to connect.

Ein Hotel mit historischer Vergangenheit
Pros:

Lage: Gute Anbindung an Metrostation. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im unmittelbaren Umfeld. Apotheken in der Nähe. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen mit dem Taxi. Diverse Gaststätten und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Zimmer: geräumig (wir hatten 11 Tage zwei Zimmer mit über 50 Quadratmeter). Das moderne Zimmer war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer im traditionellen Stiel natürlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leicht staubig aber noch geräumiger. Sehr gute Betten und Kissen.

Klimaanlage verhältnismäßig leise und gut zu regulieren.

Essen: Frühstück mit interkontinentalen Bestandteilen aber dennoch bei 11 Übernachtungen irgendwann dann doch etwas einseitig. Und fehlte einfach Wurst und vernünftige Marmelade. Probieren Sie gerne zum Abendessen einmal das im Hotel befindliche kantonesiche Restaurant aus, wir waren überzeugt.

Service: Gut, Unterstützung und Lösungsmöglichkeiten bei Problemen, da wir anfänglich ein Zimmer nach außen zu den Mülltonnen hatten, was wir nicht gebucht hatten und nach 2 Tagen dann in ein Zimmer mit Poolblick (wie bei Booking gebucht) umziehen konnten.
Hilfsbereit bei Gepäckstücken und diverser Anliegen.

Cons:

Lage: Der Fluglärm ist tageweise 24 Stunden im 5 Minuten Takt doch erheblich, auch über die Nacht, da die Fenster nicht auf neustem Stand sind und somit den Schall nur etwas gemindert wird.

Unzureichende Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten.

Das Hotel ist von 1961 und wird derzeit teilweise saniert, was gelegentlich zu Lärmbelästigung führen kann.

請幫我給他差差評。打開房間一古霉味非常強烈，想說忍一天隔天再換一間房間、實在是太霉了差點拿口罩帶著睡覺、打電話經理投訴了四次、先給了一瓶空氣清新劑使用效果更佳讓人難受。實在無法理解五星級酒店居然這麼爛。毛巾居然是用到灰色的，浴缸很髒。繼續投訴當天就要換房間、經理叫我等待一下他去安排一下、後來服務生過來帶去看另外的房間、新裝修的。沒有浴缸、沒有加熱馬桶。沒有暖氣的房間。還有油漆的味道。

A wonderful hotel you won't regret visiting
Pros:

The hotel is grand, clean, spacious and well located. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Wonderful spa, for which we got a discount through the hotel and visited several times. The restaurant setting in the garden was fabulous and the breakfast buffet outstanding. Totally recommend.
