Hotel was above and beyond our expectations.
Pros:

The staff, in particular Joyce Su and her manager were very compassionate and sympathetic to us, as we got scammed through the taxi driver but they got involved and we recoup most of our money back. Just want to say thanks so much again. You guys went above and beyond you job title.
Breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from, as I'm vegetarian and a fussy eater and they had more than enough to choose from the buffet. Location was very handy also, as it was close to a lot of facilities.

Cons:

Mens toilets in the public area of the hotel had a smokers odour which was quite strong, maybe don't allow the smokers in the public toilets of the hotel.....

Tutto bello.
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta. E' vicino(difronte) alla stazione della metro. I taxi sono economici, quindi anche così è bello muoversi. La piscina è bella, ma non abbiamo avuto modi di utilizzarla.

Beautiful and cleanlines
Pros:

Beautiful and cleanliness, polite staff and the customer service is top notch. Easy access to the public transport and it’s surrounded with many malls and shop, supermarkets everything.
This is my 4 business trip and so happy.

Cons:

The dinner is a bit expensive and seems to be the same every day.

Would probably try another hotel next time, nevertheless it was a nice experience overall.
Pros:

Very nice looking hotel

Cons:

We had to ask the cleaner to re-clean as he didn’t hoover.
There is no sauna in the hotel.
The staff would only order takeout for us if we paid an extra nominal fee, which was very pedantic and our other hotel in Shanghai did not request this.
