Old building with a good location, not well maintained
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

There was a unbearable heavy smell at the reception that was unavoidable. They were trying to suppress it with some ambiance smell but it made it even worse. We covered our nose while entering and leaving the building everyday.

Great stay in Sunworld Wangfujing Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is exceptionally located, two minutes from Wangfujing pedestrian street and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is also very kind. Breakfast is quite varied and includes eastern and western options. I will definitely stay here if I come back to Beijing.

La chambre était vétuste, la douche n’avait pas de rideau de douche seulement un rideau en tissu trempé à chaque douche

L’emplacement.

Cons:

La matériel vétuste. Les chambres étaient vielles et pas du tout comme sur les photos. Nous étions dans une ancienne aile du bâtiment. Avec moquette et douche avec un rideau pas du tout adapté aux douches.

I would definitely go back and stay there again.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, just a 3-minute walk from Wangfujing Street, with plenty of shopping, dining, and convenience stores nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a convenient base for exploring Beijing.

The breakfast buffet was good, offering a decent selection of fresh and satisfying local and western dishes.

Cons:

There wasn’t much to dislike about the hotel overall. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable, clean, and convenient.

Would be acceptable for half the price
Pros:

There are robots roaming the halls of other hotels, yet Sunworld Hotel still has old furniture and single pane windows facing traffic. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the position is great, but there's no escaping the fact that the hotel is old. Dear traveller, if you're reading this, don't let the position fool you. You will still need to use the subway/didi to reach your destination, you can afford to get a nicer hotel somewhere further in a nice area and with a better price.
The breakfast is nice, although sometimes we had to wait for someone to leave and take their table. The restaurant isn't big enough for so many guests.
For this price I expected much higher standards. We paid much more than any other hotel in China, there are cheaper options in Beijing that have better rooms.

Cons:

The room next to the elevator was unbearable. People gathered to wait for the elevator and the door did nothing to stop their yells and laughs from entering our room. In the morning the traffic came, and all the car and scooter horns woke us up at 6am. Those windows aren't meant to be used in a busy urban environment, double or even triple panes is what this hotel needs.
We complained about it and the girl at the reception didn't even understand what we wanted. She wanted to send the houskeeper to check. Check what? The noise levels in the morning? After a while they said we could check out, then return after 2pm to move into a new room. The new room had a smelly bathroom, but it was something we were ready to bear just for a little bit of silence.

Pros:

Хороший отель, расположен удобно и к достопримечательностям, а также рядом крупные ТЦ.
Номер соответствует фото, достаточно просторный, удобная ванная комната,комфортная кровать, номер пополняется водой, чаем,кофе. По запросу приносят утюг и гладильную доску. Персонал отзывчив, на ресепшн хорошо говорят по-английски.
Не понравился завтрак, плохой кофе, выбор блюд скудный. Но в целом отель оставил только приятные впечаления.

Amazing location and staff
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Staff were polite and helpful especially Darren who helped us with taking the subway. Rooms were nice and comfy. Gym was great too.

Cons:

Breakfast probably could be improved. We had much better breakfast in Xi'an and Hangzhou hotels. More dryers in the Laundry area might help.
