Advertised in the pictures are different from the room that we were assigned, hotel Advertised as fully renovated 2024 or 2025 any yet the room that they assigned us are terrible, carpet smells bad , bathroom has molds on grout, I did complaints about it and they transfer us to the same floor which is basically the same situation, I told the manager that I booked this hotel base on the pictures and did show it to him , he did apologize and told me that hotel is fully booked and can't do anything..thank's for deceiving us never again..

The hotel is perfectly located for access to two metro lines (about 800m away) as well as the major attractions; the distance to the Forbidden City is around 1 km. The breakfasts are varied. I have stayed at this hotel before.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Liu Gang, Supervisor des House Keepings, war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns extra Wasserflaschen gebracht, weil es sehr heiss war.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hat es selten sofort Platz gehabt. Man musste eher warten. Dennoch haben wir immer einen Platz gefunden. Einfach etwas mehr Zeit einplanen, dann kommt es gut.

Sehr gut gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung wie beschrieben, andere Hotels bieten wir teilweise mehr, aber nicht zu dem Preis.

Cons:

Es gab zwar viel Auswahl beim Frühstück, aber so richtig lecker war es nicht.

Good location otherwise very average hotel
Pros:

The location is good close to Wangfujing street, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The reception staff were generally unhelpful and made no effort to help me when I asked for assistance. The breakfast was very basic and whilst not the hotels fault, There was building work going on outside of the hotel throughout the night and unfortunately the single glazed window did nothing to block the noise which meant we did not sleep well.
