Sunworld Hotel Wangfujing

We stayed twice at this hotel and both were extremely impressive. The hotel is very close to Wangfujing area, plenty of restaurants (including halal ones) and shops within walking distance. The most impressive part is the staff! They all speak English quite well, even the housekeeping staff (trust me, if you can’t speak Chinese this is a huge advantage!). They are incredibly attentive, helpful and welcoming. We had to send my dad’s electric wheelchair in advance, and there’s also a few other unusual requests related to the wheelchair shipment, the team truly went above and beyond to assist us. They helped us with restaurant bookings, gave me guidance on how to register to visit Tiananmen Square and addressed all of my concerns about taking the high speed rail. I honestly cannot fault them in any way.

The location, how clean it is, and the staff. This is our second stay at Sunworld Hotel, and it was 100% perfect. Lovely big room with a nice view.

商業施設も近くにあり、ホテル内の駐車場にタクシーも呼べて乗り降りがスムーズにできた

Reception desk and concierge staff can speak English and SUPER helpful with all questions. Location is very close to Wangfujing area, lots of shopping centres and restaurants. Cleaning staff are very friendly. Room is a decent size and very clean.

The hotel is nice and in a great location, within walking distance of the Forbidden City. They accept Visa cards. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and it is very close to the walking street. However, the hotel is on a quiet street, so there are no crowds. There is a Starbucks and McDonald's next door, which is helpful if you have kids who aren't into Chinese food yet.

The room was big with a very cool view. It was clean and the thermostat worked great; even though it was cold outside, the room was warm and cozy. There was a nice hot shower, bathrobes, and slippers—the room was very well-equipped.

The cafe downstairs serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We had the dinner buffet; it wasn't expensive and offered good quality food with lots of choices. I was able to feed my picky kids, and we really liked our meal. Overall, it’s a great place to stay.

The staff (Zoey) helped us get a taxi to the airport, and it was very cheap because she used a Chinese taxi app. Thank you!

Todo me gustó, la ubicación, buenas instalaciones, habitaciones amplias, camas cómoda s, desayuno rico, abundante y variado. Excelente hotel a una cuadra de la avenida principal.

Todo muy bien tal cual las descripciones muy cerca de todo! Muy buen personal atento ante cualquier consulta. El día del check out nos permitieron estar un tiempo más sin problema, ya q volvíamos de la muralla y el tráfico y las distancias a estas maravillas son lejanas.

La ubicación, trato del personal y facilidades marcaron la diferencia.

Best location. Amenities are great and staff are wonderful.
