Stanza ampia, luminosa e pulita, personale cordiale, colazione a buffet varia e abbondante. L'hotel è abbastanza vicino alle fermate della metro, ed è in una zona centrale con molti negozi e centri commerciali. La stanza era pulita.

location was very good, very close to most places.

The room was very clean and large.
Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed by the way the hotel handled an issue involving people approaching tourists inside the hotel to sell various sprays.
These individuals were extremely pushy and persistent, and the whole interaction felt very much like a scam targeting tourists. What disappointed me most was that they were allowed to enter the hotel and approach guests despite the presence of security staff. As a tourist, you should be able to feel safe and comfortable inside your hotel without being pressured by people trying to sell you questionable products.
I believe the hotel’s security should be more attentive and should prevent this kind of aggressive sales behaviour from taking place inside the property. It left me with a rather negative impression of the hotel, especially because this could easily have been avoided with proper security and supervision.
Apart from this issue, the hotel itself was fine, but this experience definitely affected my overall impression and is something I hope management will take seriously.

La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et agréable, exactement ce qu’il me fallait après un long vol vers Pékin.
J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié le service de l’hôtel : j’avais fait livrer un colis Taobao avant mon arrivée et ils l’ont bien conservé pour moi jusqu’à ce que je puisse le récupérer. Très pratique et rassurant.
