Room was okay
Noises noisey and noisey.could not sleep due to very loud banging and noise.
Efficient staff. Effective room temperature control.
The TV has too many commercials and the breakfast was weak.
Location. The space in the room I booked was nice it even had a kitchen.
The air conditioning was extremely noisy, also you can hear everything that’s happening in the street from the room, cars passing by and people talking way above normal speaking volume in the parking lot at 3-4am and I was in the 4th floor.
I wasn’t told about the breakfast, found out after checkout when reviewing the confirmation
The location is good & close to a variety of restaurants. Having never stayed at long term stay didn’t know what to expect
Staff wasn’t communicative & not forthcoming with information. Asked for a luggage cart & it felt like it was a big favor. Requested a late checkout & had to practically beg. Didn’t know about breakfast till after checkout.bc staff doesn’t bother saying anything at checkin
btw the above was based on all front desk staff at multiple hours, even over the phone, they were kind of rud. The room smelled like food, when I arrived & the a/c didn’t cool too much

Supposed to be a " Non-smoking " room - room smelled like smoking , and overall " bad air" in the room ; fridge side was dirty ( multiple brown spots all over"

O quarto é grande. Travesseiros e lençóis limpos e macios. Boa localização.
O café da manhã anunciado é propaganda enganosa. Nem deviam falar que tá incluso. Somente uma sala com uma máquina de café e uns mini pacotes de bolacha e bolinhos de pessima qualidade. Horrível!! Antes da hr do meu chekout uma pessoa já abriu a porta pra fazer a limpeza. Nem se certificou se a gente já tinha saído ou não.
Que aceptan mascotas
No me gusto que no hay lugar para pasear las mascotas, la habitacion esta bien equipada pero la ducha tarda mucho en calentar el agua y ademas el agua llega muy pobre. Tampoco había wifi free ni nunguna.
There was no breakfast
The room was decent and comfortable
A dog was in the room right next to me and started barking at 4 o’clock in the morning and continued to bark until I left the hotel at 9 o’clock. It was in a room right beside me. Very poor water pressure in the shower. They have a breakfast room, but they don’t have any chair in there to sit down. Very limited food selection. They have no pool and no transportation service. For the money for this hotel, I would not stay here again. It was worth about 60 bucks a night.
