Staff friendly. Smelled a bit like bug spray. But did find two live roaches. One in bedroom and other in bathroom.

Fantastic hotel - great value. Very clean.
Pros:

Room 509 was great! Comfortable bed, hot water with adequate pressure, HVAC worked well. Nothing broken. . No microwave or coffeemaker in room; however, it was very clean in room and entire hotel. Two elevators that were working well and surprisingly pretty fast. Staff were friendly. Price was competitive. Parking was free. Breakfast was fairly sparse (no proteins), but I understand as meat prices are quite high at the moment. Good coffee downstairs. It's not too far from a sketchy part of town but I saw no vagrants anywhere close and no weed smell here so that's good. In Jan. 2026 it's worth the stay.

Cons:

There was some highway noise but it calmed down around 9pm to 10pm. Otherwise no problem.

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent since the service at the check in until the very last minute. The receptionist that welcome us was very nice and also made us really good recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. The room was very organize, clean, and spacious.
