Overall an exceptional stay.
Pros:

So Happy :) the price was good! Staff were friendly and helpful.
Most important! Comfortable clean Bed/pillows, Quality bedding, the room was SPOTLESS, CLEAN. The pool facility is beautiful and we enjoyed the dog park. Just needed to have water in dog bowls but no biggie. The dining area was clean and comfortable. A great hotel will stay again.

Cons:

The breakfast had much to be desired. The coffee and hot water were tepid temperature, terrible for oatmeal. I hadn't had anything to eat the day before therefore was really disappointed with the food selection, could be improved.

Add a lamp!
Pros:

This was a fairly priced facility in a good location. Near the interstate but with easy routes downtown to the river.

Cons:

Our only complaint is that there was no reading lamp near the sofa. The whole point of having the sofa, which wasn't in front of the TV, was to be able to relax and read a magazine or book.

Adequate , good location close to convention center for business meeting
Pros:

Responsiveness of mgr Richard when a room booking error occurred

Cons:

The room offered initially was already occupied
The second room offered:
The sheets appeared wrinkled I wasn’t sure they were cleaned that day Richard assured me they were changed and probably were in the dryer too long before placing on the king bed

It was close to the aquarium, had a dog park for my chihuahua and was quiet. I hardly ever saw or heard anyone!

Clean and reasonable hotel with a great location to downtown and tourist areas
Pros:

We were looking for a reasonable priced hotel near downtown and other tourist sites including Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Incline Railway. The staff were extremely helpful at the front desk, especially Andy. The hallways are long with the layout of the hotel, but gave us extra cardio of which we both need...LOL!!! The room was clean. With the cold weather, we wanted extra blankets and the front desk staff was very accomodating. They had coffee and hot chocolate available in the lobby. We enjoyed ourselves to the hot chocolate...the hot water was never warm enough in the canister so Andy allowed us into the kitchen area anytime to get instant hot water. Great customer service. We were close to downtown restaurants as well as the tourist areas, so the location was perfect, right off the interstate. We would stay here again with another trip to Chattanooga.

Staff friendly. Smelled a bit like bug spray. But did find two live roaches. One in bedroom and other in bathroom.

Found 2 roaches n cobwebs in room.
