Se não queres gastar muito dinheiro na tua estadia em Miami Beach e não te importas com quartos antigos e sem manutenção

Localização perto da Ocean Drive.

Cons:

O facto de não deixarem toalhas de banho equivalentes ao número de pessoas do quarto.

Uma das funcionárias não era a pessoa mais prestável do mundo. Um pouco arrogante.
Nunca vi num hotel proibirem os hóspedes de subir com toalhas de praia para os quartos, muito menos quando no piso superior tem espreguiçadeiras.
O rececionista 5 estrelas percebeu o porquê de querermos levar as toalhas, essa mesmo funcionária não.
Surreal num hotel os funcionários proibirem os hóspedes de fazer algo inofensivo.

No tiene nada que ver con las fotos. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

Cons:

Es un hotel viejo y en pésimo estado. Las habitaciones están horribles, paredes mal revocadas, muebles rotos, sin heladera. El baño en mal estado con toda la pintura levantada. Se sube por escalera, lo cual es una locura para cualquiera que viene a Miami e hizo compras. Reclame una devolución y todavía no tengo respuesta.

The location was exceptional, situated right on Collins Avenue and just a short block away from the beach, shops, and restaurants.While the hotel is definitely on the modest and simpler side, it was very clean and comfortable.A special shoutout to Damian Jarrett at the reception desk! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our entire visit.If you are looking for a spotless, budget-friendly place in the heart of South Beach with great service, this is a fantastic choice!

Buena ubicación, excelente lugar en south beach, lugar limpio , con cercanía a supermercados, restaurantes, bares, smoke shop, a tan solo 2 cuadras de la playa y a estaciones de bus y trolley.
Alojamiento amplio, cómodo, con sala comedor, un solo baño pero está bien, dejan toallas, secador de cabello (no es necesario llevar). Habitación espaciosa , cama grande y cómoda , ducha caliente , WI FI rápido. Aire fresco en todo el alojamiento y tv funcionan perfecto.
Entrada al apartamento es con llave digital o con tarjeta fisica. El check in fue rápido, hay flexibilidad en la llegada , y autonomia para ingresar a cualquier hora. Incluye toallas para la playa, sombrilla de sol y sillas de playa.
