Posizione, ottima molte vicina ad Ocean Drive. Per il resto le camere sufficientemente pulite, letto comodo, spazi della stanza discreti, Il bagno molto datato. rapporto qualità prezzo squilibrato

Cons:

Ho prenotato due camere con colazione inclusa, ma i realtà l Hotel non fornisce alcun pasto. Mi Hanno assicurato u n rimborso ma ancora non ho visto nulla.

La atención del personal, y destacar la atención y cordialidad de Santa, presente en todo momento y su especial interés porque nuestra estancia sea lo mejor posible

Resevo este hotel por la fotos q vi de las habitaciones en la pagina de booking ,la habitacion q nos toco parece de otro hotel .La habitación 125 pegada a la puerta de entrada, imposible descansar por el paso constante de gente y hay una puerta dentro de la habitación q daba a otra habitación q se escuchaba todo absolutamente todo lo q ocurria en la habitacion de al lado ,tbn importante seria q haya una heladerita

Hotel bien ubicado que cumple con un viaje de pocos días.
Pros:

El hotel está excelentemente ubicado y tienen servicio de playa a unos 150 metros. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y el personal nos atendió super bien y muy amables.
La verdad que cumple muy bien en relación precio-calidad y al estar tan bien ubicado pasábamos a cada rato a dejar compras en la habitación o simplemente pasar por el baño entre paseos por la.zona. Las camas son muy cómodas y tiene un frigobar y microondas.

Cons:

El hotel es básico y le falta mantenimiento, las paredes en algunas partes despintadas y con una remuneración cambiaría mucho su aspecto.
Hubiese estado bien que haya alguna taza y vasos.

Pros:

We checked out of this hotel just one hour after arrival. The room was completely different from the photos — very outdated, poorly maintained, and not clean. The overall property also looked old and neglected.

The experience with the front desk was very disappointing. The administrator argued with me multiple times, first giving us one room and then trying to change it. There was also confusion about breakfast — we were told different things and it felt very unprofessional.

When we decided to leave, the staff was not surprised at all, which says a lot. Unfortunately, we were not refunded for the two nights we had booked.

Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
