Realmente, nada.

El hotel está excelentemente ubicado y tienen servicio de playa a unos 150 metros. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y el personal nos atendió super bien y muy amables.
La verdad que cumple muy bien en relación precio-calidad y al estar tan bien ubicado pasábamos a cada rato a dejar compras en la habitación o simplemente pasar por el baño entre paseos por la.zona. Las camas son muy cómodas y tiene un frigobar y microondas.

Worst hotel ever in my life… no hot water , no front desk, not able to change a room, has to take cold shower every night!! Crazy! Worst experience worst hotel ever!! Don’t come! Anywhere is better than here!

We checked out of this hotel just one hour after arrival. The room was completely different from the photos — very outdated, poorly maintained, and not clean. The overall property also looked old and neglected.

The experience with the front desk was very disappointing. The administrator argued with me multiple times, first giving us one room and then trying to change it. There was also confusion about breakfast — we were told different things and it felt very unprofessional.

When we decided to leave, the staff was not surprised at all, which says a lot. Unfortunately, we were not refunded for the two nights we had booked.

Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Horrible experience !

They said the checkin is after 1600 and we want at 1610 and there was noboday to help. There was one lady who didnt speak english and acted very aggressively, and said they will not check us in and left .

Dont book this place . Stay away or you can be homeless.

The location of this hotel is great. Its just across the street, 100m from the beach. The area itself is a very busy part of Miami Beach, where everything is just around the corner. You can walk to Restaurants, Stores, Clubs, whatever you want. The rooms are quite easy, I had a Jr. King Suite. It features a King bed, a small table, TV, a mini kitchen with microwave and fridge. The room was big, but it looked very empty. The bathroom was small, There was no space to place your belongings. I had a room, which was further away from the street, so it was quiet. Maybe the rooms closer to the street are a bit more noisy. The staff was not too firendly. The guy at the reception seemed to be annoyed by everyone.
In general, I can reccomend to stay there, especially as its way cheaper than most hotels in this area.

One of the worse experiences I've ever had in my life. The man at the reception was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Its something really unacceptable. Shouting at me and friends that were guests. Other guests also said he was rude to them. We are still sorting things because our booking included all taxes and fees but he charged my friend's card for 145 dollars for resort fee he was insisting was paid or we wouldnt be allowed check-in. Also said if I didn't check in by midnight it was going to be a no show and I'd lose everything I paid. I only called in to let them know of a late check in because of my flight and they created a lot of stress and issues. I even thought it was a scam. The hotel is in great location but that's it. Much worse than the pictures show. My room had a locked door into the room next door and I could hear the guests in there as if they were inside my room. Bathrooms are really old and some of the rooms we stayed had no aircon control. I recommend avoiding this hotel.
