Great time for great oldies😘
Pros:

Room was great but the real highlight is our host Damien. He went out of his way to accommodate us , which was not especially easy given some of our health/age related issues.
Beside Damien the other staff were always friendly and helpful as well. We’re planning our next trip to Miami in part because of our experience this hotel provided.

1 star not 4 star😱
Pros:

Hi, this hotel was booked by travel agents Destination2, as a 1 night stopover before a cruise, we arrived at 10-30pm, we were charged 35 dollars service charge (we were not told this) we were on the 2nd floor, with 2 heavy cases, no lift, we had to drag the cases up the stairs, only when we go into the room it was poorly light with one light not working, the room looked very tired in the dark, 2 single beds, we checked the sheets and they looked clean, but we would shower as it wasn’t in great condition, when we woke up in the morning we saw how poor the room was, lots of holes filled but not painted, most of the furniture had been hand painted and the paint was peeling, there were holes in the curtains, the sette was badly stained and there was no facility to make a drink or anything to drink it out of.
I have added a selection of photos, we complained directly to the hotel through their customer survey but apologised for the condition of the room but offered no refund. This is a 1 star hotel not a 4 star.

The hotel's location was good.

Cons:

The room was neglected, the walls were stained, the sofa in the room was dirty and unusable for sitting, so we used it to put our suitcases on. The faucet in the bathroom was broken and difficult to use. Finally, I asked for help regarding the tax refund, and each staff member gave a different answer. Moreover, even the employee who responded via Booking.com gave a contradictory answer to the one they provided through the system.

Surpassed my expectations. Great stay and location
Pros:

Pretty much the perfect location. The staff was very friendly. Santa and Dalanis we're very helpful and joyful. The room was very spacious and the atmosphere was great. Code name MannyC1926 for a 5% discount on your next booking. We'll definitely be coming staying here again soon.

Amplio , limpio. Olía rico camas cómodas y excelente ubicación

Cons:

Se oye loq hablan en la habitación contigua; debería mejorar la fachada., el piso de la entrada y los escalones e ls entrada en mal estado, el mobiliario se ve desgastado, y las paredes y muebles están psra pintar y/o renovar, pues el lugar es excelente, súper central. Nos iban a entregar un habitación standard y habíamos pagado junior suite, finalmente la dieron pues reclamamos ynos dieron la q habíamos pagado. Sería bueno q le hicieran mas mantenimiento al lugar pues lo amerita. Si me gustaría volver allí.

Not as advertised!
Pros:

No refrigerator or microwave! The hotel (motel) advertises a refrigerator and microwave in the very room. NOPE! No elevator, be aware. Location is good, but not a very nice motel!
