The guys in the front desk with glasses was amazing. The stay was awesome’ I truly enjoyed my staycation. Will recommend
Pros:

It’s quiet and so close to everything. Even if there isn’t a person in the front desk after hours. It’s easy to check in.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that u didn’t like. I’m very happy with my stay and the place.

Cons:

La forma de atención no era buena y se escuchaba todo lo que hablaban otras personas en las habitaciones de al lado, no se respetaban los horarios de ruidos. El aire acondicionado estaba para morirse de frío y demoraron más de 1 hora en llegar para cambiarlo

Absence de personnel dans l’hôtel. Tout est géré par le téléphone. Le petit déjeuner est distribué dans des sacs papier. C’est trop impersonnel. Pas agréable .

La ubicación es muy util para acceso a playa, comercio, restoranes
El desayuno, cumple. Pero no se debe tener la expectativa de buffet. Es una colación en bolsa

Cons:

El check in para vuelos que impliquen llegada anticipada, se debe considerar que antes de las 8am no hay personal en meson. Hubo que esperar oscuro afuera a que llegara una persona y nos permitiera acceder
La llave electrónica nunca se pudo habilitar en el telefono. Hubo que hacerlo finamente con llave física

Se não queres gastar muito dinheiro na tua estadia em Miami Beach e não te importas com quartos antigos e sem manutenção

Localização perto da Ocean Drive.

Cons:

O facto de não deixarem toalhas de banho equivalentes ao número de pessoas do quarto.

Uma das funcionárias não era a pessoa mais prestável do mundo. Um pouco arrogante.
Nunca vi num hotel proibirem os hóspedes de subir com toalhas de praia para os quartos, muito menos quando no piso superior tem espreguiçadeiras.
O rececionista 5 estrelas percebeu o porquê de querermos levar as toalhas, essa mesmo funcionária não.
Surreal num hotel os funcionários proibirem os hóspedes de fazer algo inofensivo.
