الفندق ممتاز جدا من حيث الموقع والنظافة والراحة وموظفي الاستقبال في غاية الاحترام والذوق اشكرهم على هذا المستوى وتوجد بعض الملاحظات اتمنى داستها بعناية

موظفي (الخدمة) في الاستقبال يكتفون بالنظر الى النزيل وهو يحمل الحقائب ولا يقدمون اي مساعدة خاصة الموظف ذو الشعر الاشقر ولاحظت انه يقدم الخدمة لبعض الجنسيات دون اخرى في الدخول والخروج الفندق لا يوفر زجاجات مياه وبعض اغراض المفترض وجودها مثل المناديل وغيرها الا بالطلب

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass die Zimmer zur Straße hin recht laut sein können. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, die Bettwäsche bequem und die Klimaanlage angenehm leise.

Cons:

Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts bei der Zimmerreinigung mehrmals kleinere Probleme. Das Zimmer wurde insgesamt viermal gereinigt. Einmal wurde der Deckel des Mülleimers auf dem Sofa liegen gelassen. Ein anderes Mal wurden das Licht und der Lüfter im Badezimmer angelassen. Beim letzten Mal wurde ein Handtuch mitgenommen, sodass uns danach nur noch ein Handtuch zur Verfügung stand. Außerdem wurde das Bett nach der Reinigung schief zurückgelassen und das Kopfteil deutlich von der Wand weggerückt, ohne es wieder an seinen ursprünglichen Platz zu stellen.

Besonders unangenehm war allerdings ein Erlebnis am Abend: Plötzlich flog irgendwoher ein etwa 15 mm großes Insekt heraus und landete auf unserem Kopfkissen. Wir haben uns dabei ziemlich erschrocken. Woher das Insekt kam, konnten wir leider nicht feststellen.

Schade war auch, dass beim Check-out niemand gefragt hat, wie unser Aufenthalt war. Dadurch hatten wir leider keine Gelegenheit, diese Punkte direkt anzusprechen.

Insgesamt hat das Hotel einige klare Pluspunkte, vor allem die gute Lage, das geräumige und saubere Zimmer sowie die leise Klimaanlage. Bei der Zimmerreinigung und beim aufmerksamen Umgang mit den Gästen gibt es aus unserer Sicht jedoch noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

Our second wonderful visit. Everything was amazing as in the first time. The staff, especially in the reception desk were extremely helpful during both times. A very comfortable hotel in an amazing location. Everything a family needs and more.
