Gute Lage, etwas laut in den unteren Etagen
Pros:

Schön saniertes Haus, top Lage mitten in Wien. Das Zimmer (Superior) geschmackvoll und großzügig mit viel Platz.

Cons:

Leider etwas laut im Mezzanin (2. Etage), zur Kärntner Straße hört man Strassenmusiker und die vorbeiströmenden Massen. Tipp: Zimmer nach hinten oder höhere Etage nehmen! Keine Slippers, kein Bademantel, hätte ich erwartet…

Great hotel with excellent location
Pros:

Hotel Astoria in Vienna has an amazing location, right at the centre of Vienna.

The hotel is located in a historic building, and for this reason the rooms are a bit small, but they are nicely appointed and they look relatively new.

I didn’t have breakfast at this property, so I’m unsure about that.

Parking is possible in a nearby garage, and while being a hotel guest, you get some discount, still it’s a bit price, but you are in Centrak Vienna.

Overall, it was an amazing stay, I would definitely return.

LOCATION WAS EXCLELLENT .

Cons:

HOTEL OFFERS BASIC THINGS . NO SLIPPERS , NO BATHROBES , NO SHOWER CAP.WE ASKED FOR WAKE UP CALL , FOR TRAVEL BOX BREAKFAST FROM TWO DAYS BEFORE OUR DEPARTURE AND NOTHING WAS OFFERED .WE ASKED FOR TAXI FOR 3 PERSONS WITH 3 LAGGAGES MEDIUM SIZE AND THE PRICE TOLD US WAS FIXED 55 EUROS. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE AIRPORT THE TAXI DRIVER ASKED EXTRA 6 EURO FOR LAGGAGES.THE STANDARD OF BREAKFAST IS NOT FOR 4 STARS HOTEL. THE RECEPTION IS NOT ORGANISED.

Pros:

朝食が美味しくて毎朝食べ過ぎてしまいました。
また、部屋の準備が整っていたので少し早めにチェックインさせていただきました。80才を超えた母と一緒の旅行でしたので早めに部屋でくつろぐことができてとても助かりました。
スタッフの方は皆さんフレンドリーで出かける時にフロントを通るといつも笑顔で送り出してくれます。
2月の滞在でしたが部屋は暖かく清潔、
お風呂はバスタブ付きのお部屋でしたが熱いお湯が出て温まることができました。
アメニティは最低限（シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープとボディクリーム）ですが歯ブラシや基礎化粧品などは自分で持って行くので困りませんでした。
何度かお世話になっていますが街中で観光、交通の便が良く
またここへ滞在したいと思います。

Stunning hotel!
Pros:

My family stayed here for two nights in January and I wish we could have stayed longer! This hotel was gorgeous and I couldn’t say enough about the service. My daughter recently had a skiing accident and was on crutches. They were so helpful. The rooms are spacious for four and the decor was so unique. There was even a balcony in the bathroom! Heated towel holder, Ritual toiletries, nice towels, overall so much space for four. The location was fantastic and the hotel was quiet! I most definitely would stay here again.
