Pros:

Très bel hôtel, chambre de taille moyenne, emplacement top centre ville, parking proche

Cons:

Le bruit de la climatisation dans la chambre empêche de dormir, nous avons dû l'éteindre et de fait avons eu chaud

Best choice for first timers
Pros:

Very clean and good bed. I have dust allergies and there was no dust at all, especially with hard floors instead of carpet.

It was just okay.
Pros:

Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is great.

The room had some uncomfortable steps due to the age of building and it was not fixed. Room size is too small for comfort.

Cons:

双人大床是两个单人床拼起来的，睡着睡着就会床往两边分开，人会从中间陷进去，非常非常不舒服，门口的服务生有时候不错，但是退房时外面在下雨，问服务生可不可以拿一把雨伞，他告诉我雨已经停了😂 好吧，我只能拖着行李 冒着雨 走去停车场

Hotel muy tradicional con excelente ubicación y servicios.
Pros:

Es un muy buen hotel, esta ubicado en el centro centro de Viena, a media cuadra de la peatonal y a 2 cuadras de la opera.
Tiene como característica esta en 1 edificio histórico, tiene un aire de hotel antiguo, pero con servicios y con instalaciones modernas. Amplios espacios, una recepción con bar que es hermosa, y muy acogedora. Tiene buen servicio, muy buen desayuno tanto bufete como a la carta, habitaciones muy cómodas, excelente limpieza.

Cons:

Lo que no es tan cómodo es el hecho de tener la ducha dentro mismo de la bañera y con una mampara pequeña; que para personas grandes puede resultar un tanto estrecha. El resto del baño es super amplio y cómodo y muy bien decorado.
