Amazing stay and will like to stay here for my future trips
Pros:

Very nicely & centrally located. Good service, Excellent staff, Good Breakfast nice and big rooms and toilets

Cons:

The pillows are way too soft and needs to be replaced. I literally had a neck issue and took almost 4 - 5 days to get over it.

Kadri and Ravi good team members, apart from that the facilities in a very poor condition.
Pros:

Kadri at the hotel was simply amazing, he was very co-operative and made our stay as comfortable as he could. To be honest he along with Raja at the buffet counter was our highlight. Really well done to them. The location is good, buffet breakfast is good.

Cons:

The hotel is really run down, toilet was not working properly, Shower was pooling up water, lifts were out of order, at one point it stopped and only one part of the door was operating. Carpets heavily stained. Overall the hotel has run down quite a bit. Does not meet the Crowne Plaza experience we have had around the world. The building is very much due for an upgrade. Would not recommend this.

Good value stay in a handy location
Pros:

Staff are helpful. The first room they gave us we could smell cigarettes of prior customer. They let us change and gave us an upgrade. Breakfast buffet is worth it, really big selection: noodles, omelettes, halal/curry, congee, english, fruit, pastries for the kids. Pool is dated but has good vibe with the skyscrapers all around. The life guard lent me a swimming cap. There is bar on the roof that is the old helipad that you must check out for the skyline. Across the road is a shopping center. Pretty close to line 5 subway.

Cons:

Let's be clear, the place hasn't been refurbished in a long time. Rooms could do with a lick of paint. We paid for a extra bed for our kid (400 cny / night including breakfast), very hard, almost like an army bed.

Definitely a return!
Pros:

The hotel is clean and staff are so friendly and always ready to help. We feel safe and at home during the stay. The location is super and is walking distance to a lot of eating places and shops. You don’t get the Tianhe crowd but you are still close to many eateries and shops which is what we like. The best part about Crowne is their superb customer service and hospitality. Everyone was so kind and helpful to us. Definitely will come back. Thank you Crowne Plaza for giving us such comfortable and enjoyable moments.

There is nothing to dislike.

Pros:

The staff were super friendly and protective of the guests. We came with airport taxi and the taxi driver wanted to charge us three time more than the usual costs and the staff and manager in due talked to him and convinced him this that’s wrong behavior against tourists.
The breakfast was also very good.

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza. The experience was made even better by the exceptional service from Mike, Kay and Walt were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

They went above and beyond in assisting us with parcel pick-ups, accommodating our late check-out request, and even helping us contact the airline regarding excess baggage. Their professionalism and willingness to assist truly stood out.

Grateful for such a smooth and pleasant experience and highly recommended, and I would definitely stay again!
