Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and 15 month old daughter. Overall, it was a great experience, the location was fantastic, the room was excellent (we upgraded to a river view room which was very spacious), the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the food was amazing. Only a couple of negatives, the only elevator is tiny, we couldn’t fit a pram inside which is very inconvenient. We had to fold it up to get it in. It only holds two people comfortably. Also, the room was very warm, surprisingly so for this time of the year in Scotland, we had to put a fan on! We really did enjoy our stay here though and would recommend it!
The rooms was very large and on the front of the hotel so we had a view of the river and castle. It was very comfortable and quite. The staff were very helpful. The location was great just a short walk to the town and all the sights. Would stop here again.

Location. Spa facilities.
My”garden” view was a parking lot. The room was so tall my I couldn’t open my suitcase except on the bed. No space to even lay on floor for yoga. Some staff great most seemed annoyed to have a job
Lovely stay at Inverness Palace Hotel. We enjoyed staying here and the staff were efficient , particularly the breakfast lady who was most friendly and fun ! The hotel is comfortable, and although big did feel welcoming and restaurants were good. The location is excellent with a beautiful view overlooking the Castle and easy walk across the bridge to all the main attractions. A lovely city that we enjoyed discovering.
Unfortunately the lifts were not working which was annoying and didn't get fixed the whole 4 days we were there. Do know that this is a big hotel with large tour groups so does get busy and full but having said that the staff handled it all very well just with a few waits for seating etc.
