The breakfast was nice enough. Continental was self serve with hot food requested. Took a while for hot food to get out and very few options. Tasty, though.
Location was absolutely beautiful, I loved that dogs were welcome
No lift. Thankfully we were only on the first floor, but even that was hard when we spent all day hiking
Location, comfort, friendly staff, good value for money.
Only small things. Extractor fan in bathroom didn't work and would have like a mini fridge in room. We only stayed two nights so this is being really picky to be honest.
Very central. Great staff great rooms great facilities great parking. Great mid week deal Lovely having the spa facilities to use at any time
The whole experience was lovely.
Not sure anything could have been better
Easy check in and pleasant staff on arrival
Bar was clearly understaffed and the poor woman was struggling at times
The staff is wonderful. Always glad to help and acccomodate
Very nice. Would have enjoyed better seating at the bar, sofas, better chairs
Brilliant Location. Comfortable bed.
Shower difficult to work. Water temp unpredictable.
It was close to a very pretty river..
I had a huge delay in my flight, got to hotel at 1.30am.. not only did the door start slamming at 7 am ish. The cleaners at 8 hoovering outside the room.. could hear upstars every time they flushed the loo.. would be so nice if they put the door on a slow hinge. Know ur clients and start cleaners else where.. over all. I wouldn’t be in hurry to go back…
The pool, location , food and cocktails, all great
No tea and coffee facilities or mini fridge which I would expect for the price
Steaming room and sauna
Wifi may not work well if you have a Samsung phone
Free parking available,
Nice reception area to meet
Clean and comfortable rooms that are well furnished.
Decent pool and sauna/steam room
Limited parking spaces
Restaurant was ok, a bit pricy for the fare served
