Top Location! Magnificent building!
Good breakfast variety and additionally - complimentary lunch option with a hot dish and drinks

Cons:

They didn’t provide us the room we’ve requested and there was no chance for changing that later. A bit upset with a service and room equipment. Need some renovations

A great hotel for a trip to Prague - super location and very comfortable.
Pros:

The location was fantastic-right by the Kampa park and we had a view of the river and Charles Bridge. It was quiet despite giving easy access to the city centre and castle.

Kurztrip mit Kollegen nach Prag

Das Hotel war tip top wie immer.
Bin schon einige male hier gewesen!
Eine junge Damen beim Frühstücksservice war super freundlich, sehr fleissig und immer lächelnd.
Ich nehme an, (bin aber nicht sicher) sie könnte Ukrainischer Abstammung sein.
Sauber und wie immer sehr freundliches Personal.
Lage ist ebenfalls top auf der Prager Kleinseite.

Cons:

Leider sind die Zimmer im Vorgelagerten Seiten Gebäude nicht so schön und komfortabel wie jenige im Haupthaus und im neuen vorgelagerten Gebäude!!
Immer noch sind Badewannen in den Zimmern. Unnötig!!
Das Frühstück war wie immer ok, hat aber absolut Luft nach oben.
Die warmen Gerichte in den Blechbehältern müssen unbedingt durch Benutzerfreundlichere Gefässe ersetzt werden.
Kommen aber sicher sehr gerne wieder.

室内灯が点灯したため交換依頼をしたが、週末で業者が休みとのことで、断られた。
朝食が5泊同じ。
窓の外は喫煙所で窓が開けられなかった。
