Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent as everything is within walking distance.
Breakfast was very good and we were offered a light lunch too which was very good.

Hotel consigliatissimo. A due passi da Ponte Carlo in area pedonale tranquilla. Camera con arredamento modesto ma molto spaziosa e soprattutto molto, molto pulita. Assai gradito il brunch offerto dalle 13 alle 16. Colazione buona e sempre rifornita. Ha reso la vacanza molto piacevole, torneremo sicuramente.

Cons:

esperienza personale: in fase di prenotazione avevo chiesto check-in anticipato, ho ricevuto dall'hotel risposta positiva ma all'arrivo mi è stato negato. Sinceramente, nell'immediato, mi sono arrabbiata, però il soggiorno è stato così piacevole che mi sento di dare comunque come valutazione 10

Per essere un quattro stelle misero, le ciabatte bisogna chiederle, in 2 ci hanno dato 1 sapone piccolo e 1 piccolo liquido.
Check out alle 11 e alle 11.01 minuti hanno iniziato a chiamare.
L’albergo era mezzo vuoto avevamo chiesto check in anticipato … ci hanno fatto aspettare 3 ore

An almost perfect stay in an exceptional hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The complimentary soup and sandwiches at lunchtime was a nice touch. Location of the hotel was excellent. Cleanliness was faultless.

Cons:

I find it very difficult to fault anything at this hotel. If pushed I would prefer a double bed rather than two singles put together, and it was slightly on the warm side for my personal preference. All in all a pretty near perfect stay.

Tout était très bien !!! La situation et les prestations de l.hôtel sont idéales. Le petit déjeuner type buffet est super bon et en permanence rempli ainsi même à 10h30 vous avez du choix avant une longue journée de visites en tout genre : génial !!
