Overall pretty good.
Pros:

1st of all this property wins on location. 2nd the room was a good size and we did not feel like we were ontop of each other. Breakfast was adequate....But..they need to improve on the layout and coffee / tea facilities (not up tp scratch).

Cons:

As mentioned above the coffee and tea facilities were sub standard.
Now - What I dont like is surely / moody / lack of communication skill in reception staff - the chap who booked me in was ok - But the young woman on the day we checked out - well words fail me (actually they dont but I cant be rude) she lacked all of the above.

Lage und Aussicht zur Moldau. Wasserkocher, Kaffee und Milchpulver auf dem Zimmer .... Kaffee im Bett - perfekt

Pros:

Fue todo excepcional. La habitación era enorme y la cama era comodísima, teníamos vistas hacia la plaza y además era época de carnaval. Está justo debajo del puente por lo que es muy muy céntrico y además el desayuno era muy variado.

Pros:

Die Lage ist toll, das Küchenpersonal kümmert sich sehr umsichtig um die Frühstücksgäste, die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt problemlos und ohne Beanstandungen.

Accanto al ponte Carlo. Vista splendida!
Pros:

La posizione è eccellente, vicinissima al ponte Carlo, situata in una stradina pedonale molto caratteristica e tranquilla.
La nostra camera era grande e pulita, con vista sulla Moldava e sul ponte.
La colazione molto buona (ovviamente con scelte salate predominanti, ma le opzioni dolci erano decisamente appetitose).
Ottima struttura!

Cons:

Credo che sia un modo di essere (perché trovato anche in diversi locali in giro per la città) della gran parte della popolazione che non appare particolarmente aperta e socievole.

Pros:

La posizione davvero eccellente per visitare la città a piedi ma allo stesso tempo in un quartiere tranquillo e residenziale sulle rive del fiume.
Ho.apprezzato la pulizia della camera e la spledida vista.

Cons:

Il personale della reception molto freddo e poco empatico.
Colazione migliorabile.
