Pros:

Velice milý personál. Vynikající snídaně. Malá vlastní kavárna se slevou pro hosty hotelu moc příjemná, welcome drink měl na výběr i možnost nealko domácí limonády s ovocem. Umístění hotelu je úžasné.

If only there was sound isolation!

The location is superb, the staff is friendly and breakfast was nice. The mattress was comfy

Cons:

There was no sound isolation in the room at all. We could here all the other guest and the sound of vacuum cleaner when cleaning was done in the other rooms. Overall the room could be renovated and refreshed.

Le cadre et l'emplacement sont parfait. La décoration est superbe. Le petit déjeuner est très varié. Le personnel est disponible et souriant. La petite terrasse au 3eme est appréciable. Nous n'avons pas testé le spa.

Komisches Hotelprodukt.
Pros:

Es ist sehr zentral zum Schloss gelegen, allerdings wahnsinnig viele Touristen, für uns war es eine Alternative zu unserem Lieblingshotels. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war oldfashioned, aber weit entfernt von Design. Das Zimmer lag als einziges etwas entfernt vom Haupthaus, irgendwie wirkte alles zusammengewürfelt und unbehaglich. Im Bad waren viele Spinnweben, irgendwie nicht sehr einladend.
Die Fotos spiegeln den Ist-Zustand fälschlich wider oder wir hatten einfach nur das hässlichste Zimmer erhalten, die Buchung des "Deluxe" Zimmers war sehr kurzfristig.
Über weitere Services kann ich keine Angabe machen.
Wir würden es nicht wieder buchen.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt während unseres Kurzurlaubs, komme jederzeit gerne wieder.
Pros:

Tolle Unterkunft mit wirklich freundlichen und sehr hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Aus irgendeinem Grund haben wir ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten und durften ein wunderschönes Zimmer während unseres Aufenthalts nutzen.

Das Frühstück war wirklich exzellent mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen Speisen. Für jeden sollte etwas dabei sein. Auch das Café/Bistro lädt nachmittags zum verweilen ein und bietet nebst Kaffee eine schöne Auswahl an Kuchen.

Der hauseigene Spa war ein absolutes Highlight.

Cons:

Die Haartrockner in den Bädern könnten gegen normale Föhne ausgetauscht werden. Sonst alles prima.
