Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine absolut ideale Lage - von dort ist Prag sehr gut zu erkunden. Das Gebäude macht von Außen einen unscheinbaren Eindruck, ist im Innern aber ein Schmuckstück und hebt sich von den "üblichen" Hotels hervor. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, geräumig und schon speziell 😉.
Frühstück ist lecker, abwechslungsreich, frisch und von sehr guter Auswahl. Service und Personal ergänzen den Aufenthalt zu einem schönen Erlebnis.

Not a “design” but “rustic” hotel
Pros:

Excellent staff and a fantastic location. Everything was clean and there was absolutely nothing to complain about staff service.

Cons:

I had the impression that the owners consider this a ‘design hotel’, but in reality it feels rather rustic and poorly maintained. It seems that significant money was invested here many years ago, but today the facilities look outdated and worn. The photos do not reflect the current condition of the hotel, which I find misleading and disappointing. There are many small defects and old-fashioned solutions that make the place feel stuck in the past. I would not want the staff to take this personally, as they are actually fantastic and very professional. Unfortunately, they are working in a hotel that has clearly passed its prime and is becoming a relic of a time when the promise matched the reality much better

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

Avant tout le personnel très souriant, très serviable et très professionnel. Bravo à eux. L hôtel très propre, bien situé calme et confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et un personnel très chaleureux le matin.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre design, belle décoration avec du confort et une literie impecable mais un manque de praticité dans les details: à savoir pas de miroir sur pied et mal éclairé ( contre jour) pour se regarder, manque de porte serviette à notre goût, manque de cintres pour 2 (6 au total) , le fil du seche cheveux trop court pour se regarder dans le miroir en même temps, et se doucher dans la baignoire est un peu compliqué sans inonder le rebord de la baignoire ou l eau stagne...bref des petits détails qui peuvent être facilement améliorés pour que la chambre soit parfaite. Ceci dit excellent séjour dans cet hôtel nous recommandons.
