Can't go wrong trying this place - I have been back several times for a reason
Pros:

Location is fab, rooms are nice, wifi is stable throughout the property, brekkie is one of the best on offer, folks working there are friendly and helpful. That's why I keep returning to it (although I have since discovered a couple of other places that are competitive).

Cons:

Can't think of anything off the bat.

Csodaszép szálloda tökéletes helyen.
Pros:

A szoba berendezése egyszerűen gyönyörű. A reggelinél hatalmas a választék mindenből. Gyalogtávolságra van a legfőbb látnivalóktól.

This hotel is excellent, very clean, very friendly staff, superb service. I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was very good too and offered a huge choice.

Pros:

Utterly beautiful room with painted ceilings, felt oldy worldly mitteleuropaish. Bang in the middle of old town (which we wouldn't come back to, but did make for very easy access). Very sweet staff. Nice courtyard bar. Loved having a bath. Lots of care in the decor. No problem to leave our bags on our last day and then later spend a couple hours charging our phones in the bar and psychologically preparing for the night train home.

Cons:

Breakfast isn't such high quality; wouldn't book it again.

Great hotel and staff in a good location.
Pros:

Centrally located with some of the best staff I’ve encountered. Good breakfast and bar area with great barman.

Cons:

I liked everything but some other reviews have mentioned noise. The acoustics of the property could possibly a problem. We were very fortunate to have no noisy fellow guests. But we could hear very clearly other guests movements, bathroom shower etc. not a problem for our stay but worth a mention.

Una hotel recomendable
Pros:

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente para visitar la ciudad sin necesidad de utilizar transporte público.
El desayuno ofrece una gran variedad de productos de calidad.
La habitación muy limpia, tenía un tamaño adecuado y era silenciosa.

A wonderful and safe stay with amazing staff
Pros:

It was a very pleasant, quiet, and safe stay. The location is excellent and ideal for visiting the tourist attractions. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good, and so is the shower. The room was very comfortable, with a fully functional air conditioner and windows. A special shout-out to Katie and Novel for their attentiveness and kindness - they were very accommodating and willing to help. If I ever return to Prague, I will definitely stay here again

Hormis le problème de l’eau, l’hôtel était parfait.
Pros:

Emplacement, confort, insonorisation et petit dejeuner

Cons:

Une coupure d’eau pour des travaux qui devait durer de 11h à 19h et qui c’est prolongé jusqu’au lendemain matin. C’était des travaux prévus, on aurait aimé être prévenu au moment de l’enregistrement

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était correct

Cons:

Être volée par le personnel me demandant la somme incroyable de 120 euro pour la moitié d'une machine à laver de vêtements. Je n'avais pas prévu ça dans mon budget et la personne à l'accueil voyant mon étonnement m'a dit plusieurs fois que pour lui c'était pas cher du tout au contraire. Quand j'ai reçu mes affaires ils ne sentaient pas la lessive et sentaient même un peu mauvais et encore moite, j'ai hésité à les rendre mais je n'ai pas osé.
La chambre était minuscule et ne correspondait pas aux photos et à la demande sur booking.
Je suis allée dans un hostel par la suite et pour information la machine était à 200 KC soit 8 €, pour information au directeur de l'établissement. Ceci est un prix correct, 120 € pour une qualité moyenne et quelques vêtements, c'est du vol.
Voilà l'emplacement est bien, le petit déjeuner est bien mais clairement ça m'a gâché la journée.

Pros:

Si sono dimostrati un team preparato affidabile e flessibile,personalmente ho compiuto gli anni e mi hanno anche preparato una sorpresa per me fantastico.l'hotel merita il nome élite tanti complimenti la colazione e super.

Cons:

L'unica cosa che potrei dire è che l'aria condizionata in quella posizione potrebbe a certe persone dare fastidio.
