Cramped .hot.and very stuffy .small bathroom and shower very poor quality. hand basin had a crack

Reception staff good

Cons:

Very cramped room for three beds .no opening windows .very stuffy and not able to turn heating down below 19degrees. Expensive once you put on city tax on would not stay again.

Pros:

La struttura si presenta all’avanguardia, con un design moderno e curato, ed è dotata di tutti i principali servizi necessari per un soggiorno confortevole. Pur non essendo situata in posizione centrale, risulta comunque ben collegata: a pochi minuti a piedi si trova una fermata del tram che consente di raggiungere facilmente il centro città.

Sono presenti distributori automatici ben forniti, sia per bevande come il caffè sia per snack e pizza, particolarmente utili in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Il personale si è dimostrato cordiale, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, offrendo anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito l’ultimo giorno.

Il check-in avviene in modalità self-service, pratica ed efficiente, con la possibilità di richiedere più chiavi per una maggiore comodità.

Cons:

L’unica nota negativa riguarda la stanza, risultata leggermente piccola per ospitare comodamente quattro persone.

Coffee machine in the room. When I used the supplied pod of coffee and the cup twice as much drink was produced then the cup could hold!

Ideal for a one night stay
Pros:

This is a decent hotel with secure parking (which was €25 for 24 hours). The lobby and common areas are nice. Everything was clean and well presented. You can just check in using a tablet, but there were staff around when we checked in. There are vending machines, a bar/restaurant area and even a pizza vending machine.

It was relatively good value for money, and easy enough to walk closer to get a tram into the city. If we were there longer, we likely would have chosen somewhere closer, but for one night with parking, this was perfectly adequate.

It was easy to get to by car and the area it's in is quiet. There was a little coffee maker in the room, and it had everything we needed for the night.

Cons:

The shower we had was sort of a wet room, and although this was fine, you end up mostly soaking the floor, including below the toilet when showering. It wasn't a big deal, more of a minor inconvenience.

Hat viele nette Gimmicks. (Mieträder, Mietpowerbanks, Pizzamaschine)
Sauberes Zimmer (Bettwäsche und Handtücher jeden Tag neu)
Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Einfach verstehendes digitales Self-Check-in / Check-out.
Im groben und ganzen ein sehr solides Hotel fürs Übernachten.

Cons:

Die Lage ist ein bisschen schwer zu erklären.
Man ist gut angebunden mit den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Metro, Tram und Bus), aber man braucht mit diesen trotzdem vom Centrum zum Hotel ca 20-30min.

Die Wand im Zimmer braucht einen neuen Anstrich, aber ist nur eine Kleinigkeit.
