Non è andata bene.
Pros:

Struttura a 7min a piedi dalla fermata del tram.

Cons:

Abbiamo effettuato una prenotazione per 8 persone, due camere da 4. Appena arrivati abbiamo cercato di fare il self check - in, ma c’era un problema con la prenotazione. Pertanto, abbiamo chiesto aiuto al signore della reception che, scocciato, non ci ha aiutato più di tanto e ci ha pure dato due camere su due piani diversi (nonostante ci fosse disponibilità di altro!).
Riscaldamento in camera non regolabile, faceva davvero troppo caldo. Pulizia mediocre, soprattutto per il bagno.

Posizione comoda ma personale da migliorare
Pros:

Posizione comoda ai mezzi di trasporto.
Stanza carina.
Orario servizio bar molto ridotto ma erano disponibili distributori automatici.

Cons:

bagno piccolo e un po' vecchio.
Costo colazione elevato.
Personale non saluta gli ospiti quando entrano ed escono dall'albergo però disponibili durante check in.
l'ultimo giorno di soggiorno ho avvertito i primi segnali di febbre e non avendo con me il termometro l'ho chiesto in reception, mi è stato risposto che non lo avevano. Credo però che sia obbligatorio avere dei dispositivi sanitari di questo tipo in struttura e che loro effettivamente li abbiano, anche perché vedevo dietro il banco la cassetta di primo soccorso,semplicemente non hanno voluto darmi il termometro.

Der Lag ist nicht so weit von Tram stationär

Cons:

Das mann selbst checkt müssten für uns war kein Problem, aber für jemanden der keine Europäischen Sprache spricht wird schwierig sein ! Und das nur ein Person in der Reception war zu wenig aber ja Personal sparen

Pros:

My friends and I got the triple single-bed room, the beds were soft, clean and comfortable. Dozed off the minute my head hit the pillow! The location is a bit of a walk from the tram and bus stop but it's a doable one.

Good, value for money

Location was good, half an hour tram ride to Central Amsterdam. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were lovely

Very clean and modern but not close to restaurants
Pros:

Very clean and modern. Lots of room and included coffee maker and a fridge to use. Very close to the metro station, around 10 minutes walking.

Cons:

Not much around, only had 2 places to eat so very limited at night. Listing indicated that the hotel had their restaurant open for a limited time in the evenings but that wasn’t true.

Pros:

We liked the clean, quiet room.

Cons:

The shower was a little strange, it did not have a curtain or door, just a glass wall with an open end. This meant a lot of water splashing out on the floor. Although we didn't have any problems, the safety of the neighborhood was questionable. The entire property was enclosed by a security fence. We were never out after dark. We left for the airport very early in the morning and the pedestrian gate was closed and chained with a lock. The gate to the parking lot opened and we were able to walk out, I assume the front desk opened it for us since we just checked out. I don't know how we would get back in if we needed to, call I guess. Not real close to trams, subway or trains.

Ευχάριστο προσωπικό και το ξενοδοχείο είχε όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειαζόταν

Cons:

Αρκετά μακριά από το κέντρο και τα κρεβάτια ήταν άβολα καθώς υπήρχε και φασαρία νωρίς το πρωί και αργά το βράδυ
