The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in night staff where extremely aggressive to the point we tried to walk away numerous of times too get a prospective the first 2 times he called me back then after the 3rd time he called me back squared right up to my face and said “do you want to see bad guy” in a threatening tone (this was the big balled fella ) and I replied “you’ve seen me trying to walk away numerous of times and coming up too my face is not acceptable” thankfully I’m the type too keep cool and in a situation like that it’s very easy for someone too get defensive in a different way too myself I was prepared too leave at this point as it was the first night, we not long arrived but as I was in a group I felt obliged too although I didn’t see that being the end
Then on the 3rd night we had more trouble that resulted in us being thrown out of the hotel at 3am trying too find somewhere else too stay that morning as you can imagine wasn’t easy for all 6 off us and caused a lot of distress I didn’t book this myself or know where I was staying until arrived and I’d definitely look at avoiding this situation as reading the reviews after this seems like an extremely common thing throughout the staff in this hotel
Other than all this Amsterdam itself was an amazing place

Talvez em andares mais baixos não tenha esse problema.
Nice Lobby/Restaurant, attentive staff
Just one open wardrobe in the room, no space to put your clothes away. No bag rack. You have to live picking your stuff out of the bag from the floor. No Netflix on the TV! One belgian dubai chocolate bar was missing when we got home. I do not want to accuse a specific person but something is off. The safe is unfortunately too warm to store chocolate so we put it in the fridge.
