Pros:

Overall very clean, worth the price for being the cheapest around.

Cons:

Did not like the other guests. Nothing like crackheads loitering around outside your door while you try to sleep

Unless u r on drugs and staying in a very unkept hotel dont stay there I will never return there ant

The lady that checked us inn was very sweet she made us feel very welcome

Cons:

The maintenance guy is on drugs very creepy and so is the 3rd shift guy both east HES my teenage daughter a little too close for my comfort so definitely watch your kids also the maintence guy we witnessed him purchasing what looked like drugs from other guests so there diffently is a drug problem there also the hallway smelled like sewage and stayed flooded there was also several homeless people asleep in the stairwell and gathered in the parking lot very heavy drug usage as well as prostitution it’s really not a hotel to take your family to period

Overall good value for a single night stay but the bugs and cleanliness could be improved.
Pros:

The bed was soft and comfortable and the AC unit was great. Loved the constant fan mode setting. I didn’t mind the smell of weed throughout the floor either. Staff were nice. Location was convenient for my purposes.

Cons:

I would have been completely happy with the stay had there not been roaches in my room and my bedsheets not have stains on them.

Me and my wife stayed in room 114 for about two hours the roaches was very overwhelming we killed more than 20 of them brushed two to Three off the bed at different times every time I would look down at the floor maybe every 2-3 mins there's a roach oh another one it was non stop that we left the room and went back to our original room 111 we were trying to get some alone time away from our son unfortunately for us we didn't. Is there anything you can do to reimburse us for the inconvenience of not being comfortable please and thank you.

Said my rooms were booked under someone else's name. Made no effort in correcting it. Had to book a last minute room somewhere else.

Pros:

The bed didn't have box springs it was on a table. Sheets had a blood stain. Pillow cases were off white, because of dirt.The door didn't shut all the way it looked like it was definitely kicked in before. Blankets had cigarette holes ,in a none smoking room.There was a roach by the sink( not the kind you smoke)Tv didn't work

The TV didn't work the maintenance man couldn't fix it. So I would like at least 20 dollars of my money back, for not being able to watch tv. there was no bedspread on the bed also the blanket that was on the bed had cigarette burn holes all over it. The bed was dipped in on both sides so it was very uncomfortable. I had to sleep in the middle of the bed. The floor was very dirty my feet were black from walking on it. The phone in the room didn't work. The faucet was sideways. Walls needed painting there was writing all over the bathroom door and it looked like someone tried to break in the room before that was not repaired. Horrible I would really appreciate the whole refund.

Cons:

Blankets had burn holes in them. Roaches in room. Smoke detector sealed with plastic bag. Burn marks and dirt on walls. Entrance door sealed to floor and forced to enter through adjacent door with no door knobs. Bathroom sink broken in 4 pieces with no lock on bathroom door. Lights didn't work over beds. Aged furnishings that havd flat surfaces separating. Vrry run down motel. Avoid....bad neighborhood
