The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, especially the reception team and their manager, Mr. Mohamed Hamed. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options, including desserts. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The beach shuttle service was very convenient and well-organized. Plenty of activities available at the hotel.

We ended up moving from Concord Sport to front, the staff at Sport were super helpful in assisting with the move. As for Concord Front, the experience was lovely - with a major thank you to Ramy (Checj In) that assisted us throughout our stay and made sure we had an exceptional time there.

Great location, clean and comfortable room, very polite and helpful staff. Many thanks to Ayman, Mohamed Hamdy and Mr. Mohamed Hamed. They have looked very well after us during our stay in the hotel.The whole hotel is very well maintained and is located very close to the airport. Food in the restaurant was good. The head chef has individual approach to everyone and tried to make everyone happy. I definitely recommend this hotel.

✦ Genuinely warm hospitality from arrival. When I pulled up with my luggage, staff immediately asked me to leave it with them and head inside to relax while they handled check-in. I was a bit wary at first, but they were insistent and kind - and everything was perfectly taken care of.
✦ A personal call from the hotel manager. About an hour after settling into my room, the phone rang - it was the manager himself, calling to ask how everything was. I wasn't expecting it at all. A small gesture, but it left a real impression.
✦ A memorable send-off at checkout. The receptionist invited me for an espresso before I left - and before I could finish it, the manager came over personally to say goodbye. He then handed me a bag full of food for the road, since I wouldn't make it to breakfast. I've stayed in many hotels; this has never happened to me before.
✦ Beautiful architecture with an authentic Oriental character. The complex is large and visually striking - sphinxes, ornate lamps, and Arabesque motifs woven into the building itself, not just as decoration. A spacious swimming pool anchors the central courtyard. It has real atmosphere.

Great value for money. The location was also really convenient — just a short walk to the sea and to Soho Square, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and things going on. Breakfast had a very wide selection, so there was always a lot to choose from. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
