The property was very nice!
I didn’t like the fact that my room key was canceled because of an incidental charge that no one told me or contacted me about! I couldn’t get in my room because the card was not working! I went to the front desk to let them know but they told me someone must have the door locked but it wasn’t! The only way I got in the room was to knock for my wife to open the door! The other incident was that my son tried to get in the room with no success at about 245 Sunday morning and he couldn’t get in! My wife and I were sleeping and we didn’t hear him knocking or calling our phones! I woke up around 430 am to see that he wasn’t in the room! I called him and that’s when he told me he couldn’t get in because the door card wasn’t working! I called the front desk and informed them about my son not being able to get in and that’s when I was told about a incidental charge that I wasn’t charged and a credit card number that wasn’t mine! I got up at 445 am and went down to the front desk to give them my credit card so he could charge this incidental charge so we could get another key card so we could get in our room! When we checked out that morning I told the front desk about it and all I got was a I’m sorry that didn’t suppose to happen! I was very displeased with this situation and I wish that the company could address this with front desk so it won’t happen to anyone else! I’m thankful that everything worked out like it did but I’m still displeased!
Location was great!
Paying $54 a night to park our car was ridiculous!

Location
During my stay at the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt, I found the Staff to be extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my entire stay. The facility provided optimal room and dining accommodations all while being located in a Prime part of Nashville proper. The neighborhood around the proper is extremely family friendly, featuring numerous restaurants, parks, and museums. I while definitely recommend staying at this location upon your next visit to Nashville.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Trace, the valet worker who truly went above and beyond. From the moment I arrived, Trace was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which instantly set a positive tone. He handled my car with care and confidence, making me feel comfortable and assured that everything was in good hands.
What really stood out was Trace’s attitude. He wasn’t just doing his job—he was doing it with pride and attention to detail. He explained the valet process clearly, answered questions without rushing, and maintained a calm, respectful demeanor even when the area was busy. When it was time to retrieve my car, Trace was quick and efficient, yet still took the time to wish me a good rest of my day, which felt thoughtful and sincere.
It’s rare to encounter someone who makes such a strong impression in a short interaction, but Trace definitely did. His professionalism, kindness, and reliability reflect positively on the entire establishment. If you’re looking for valet service that is smooth, respectful, and stress-free, Trace is exactly the kind of worker you hope to encounter. He’s a real asset and deserves recognition for his excellent service

Restaurant was expensive
This place has the best employees, they're all so nice. I was especially impressed with Tammy the bartender. She juggled many tables and the bar along with the Bistro without a problem. Super impressed!
We stayed here with a group for a hockey tournament and had a really great time. The staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant and bar. The lobby was warm and inviting and the rooms were really big and well-appointed. The gym was really great, big and well equipped and overlooking the Vanderbilt stadium.
Only thing I would mention is that there is a small cafe in the hotel with a Starbucks, but in the three days there I never saw it open. The front desk said that they didn't have enough staff to open. If you need your coffee fix, no fear there is a real Starbucks very close by, or the restaurant also has good coffee.
We liked the location - right across from Centennial Park and the Parthenon. We took an uber to Broadway and it was about 15-20 minutes.
Well appointed hotel with nearby restaurants within walking distance. Right next to Vanderbilt. M Lounge is well run and well stocked. Miriam K was highly professional and helpful. Trust customer service making our stay enjoyable. Hats off to Miriam K!
Good location, friendly staff, great places to eat close by.
Valet parking is ridiculous! We were in Nashville for our son's surgery so only at the hotel to sleep and had to pay $120 for valet parking plus tips for them to get out car and park it twice.
Came in late night after a long drive and Y’Keria was very helpful and friendly. Brought bags to my room and chevking into the hotel was easy. Nice staff ! Good location too , its close to downtown so i can party but not be in the crowd the entire time. Thanks for the stay!
