Pros:

Such a pretty hotel, and excellent location with lovely amenities and nearby things! The staff was very sweet and seemed genuinely happy to be at work.

Cons:

The sofa bed was hard to set up. I had to move it back, move the floor lamp, then bed over, then up to move the curtains closed, then back again to be able to get the sofa bed to lay flat in its legs. Otherwise, it hit the main bed and rested at an incline. 🙈 I wish the room was laid out, ready to unfold easily. (We’ve driven across the country and this was the first hotel that we had to rearrange the room to get the sofa bed ready.) Our ice machine was broken on the floor so we had to go downstairs to the restaurant for ice.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, confortável e de fácil acesso. Não usei as facilidades do hotel e não sei opinar sobre a piscina, bares e outros.

Cons:

O Café da manha estava disponivel somente até as 09:00h da manhã. Também não gostei da falta de estacionamento e o alto preço do Valet Parking.

Great Location
Pros:

Great hotel, walkable location, lots of scenic places to run across the street and down through campus. Right next to Vanderbilt stadium, made me want to watch the Aggies play them there.

Overall few minor improvements to make it excellent, would visit again
Pros:

View and location were amazing, staff was pleasant loved live entertainment touch at Central restaurant

Cons:

Parking costs, construction noise early in the morning, ice machine broke, room had no microwave but a fridge to store food.

Quality hotel with quality staff in a quality location.
Pros:

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we were even serenaded by Kyle with his acoustic guitar in the hotel bar here he was working at the time on our day of departure. The location was ideal in that you could take a close walk around the beautiful Centennial Park opposite or a longer walk down to the busier social area of Broadway.

Cons:

Nothing of significance - if I had to mention something it would be that the shower head pressure couldn't be adjusted although it was ample for a decent shower.

Parking is expensive
Pros:

Valet Yon was nice and helpful. There were a few issues with the room, but the hotel fixed it. The parking fees are an unpleasant surprise and there is no where to park nearby.

A warm smile goes a long way
Pros:

Travis, the valet and entry assist was very kind with a warm smile. Although I utilized Uber, the team always engaged in friendly conversation, helping with doors, etc. The reception team was also helpful. Great view of the Nashville Parthenon (though currently closed for a few more weeks). Highly recommend Marriott Vanderbilt
