Had a bad feeling about this place and should have listened to my gut. Also not to mention I paid over $1k(which wasn’t worth it) Bathrooms need MOLD REMOVAL, carpets need to be cleaned and flies were abundant.
Well I didn’t like that it’s been over a month since me and my family checked out and I yet to receive my $150 security deposit back. Nothing was damage or broken… so what’s the hold up? They keep giving me the runaround, horrible place. First they lied about the accommodations just to get me there. They don’t want to send my invoice showing that they didnt refund me my deposit. And keep saying I have to contact my bank. Sounds like a scam to me. But now I have been going back and fourth with booking.com who’s just as useless. I have reported this transaction to the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully you don’t get scammed too.

Friendly staff , clean environment and excellent breakfast
The property was clean.
One of our beds was very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise when moving throughout the night. It sounded broken. Our bathroom door did not stay open on its own. When going downstairs for breakfast there were no seats to eat at due to other people hanging out at the tables with no food. There was really no staff around monitoring what was happening.

I travel many times a year and this hotel was one of the best I've ever stayed at. The place is wonderful. Everything is excellent. The staff, pool breakfast and the room. You have to check it out for yourself . You won't be disappointed.
Everything was great
Pool was great, loved the suite and laundry was super close by when we stayed here. Very clean, I saw the one cleaning lady really being very thorough. She was also very nice. The front desk can be a little rude if you ask for too much.
Our room didn’t have a coffee maker. I had to ask front desk for one which I got an attitude for. Also asked for extra room keys and they said that was too many. (We had 6 travelers total, asked for 2 extra keys.) everything else was really pretty great. Breakfast was decent. Different variety put out early later.

The staff were very nice and helpful
I didn’t like all the kids screaming and yelling in the pool area. They were throwing a foot ball which was ok. They were also throwing a soft/ squishy baseball and literally chucking it across the pool at other kids. Yes they were having fun. They were joking around, but they were throwing it hard and there was a little kid in the pool with his mom and sister. I was almost hit a few times as well. If my son would have gotten hit, I would’ve been pissed. The parents just sat there and talk to each other and just let it go. All the kids that were there were for a baseball tournament or something. Even the staff was telling them to stop yelling and stop running down the halls. My son and I were actually changing to go into the pool and kids were running down our hallway so our door was open a little bit I guess and stepped in and hid behind the door because he was hiding from other kids. I did tell the workers.
