Pros:

I loved the proximity to AC, the size of suite, the amenities, like the 24 hour gym and indoor pool. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The beds and pillows were super comfortable.

Cons:

The ice machine on the 3rd floor by our suite was not working. The person who checked us in to the room was professional and friendly but he spoke so low that I had to ask him to repeat what he said several times. Also, the parking lot had many parking spots that were not accessible due to incomplete plowing and built up snow. The toilet in the suite continuously ran which we fixed a few times. There were 2
TVs in the suite but they weren’t perfectly aligned so when we tried to watch the same program on both tvs the timing of the dialogue/sound was off. We had to mute one of the tvs and then the volume up on the other so it could be heard in both parts of the suite.

Very nice property with amenities, good breakfast, but not a good night’s sleep mainly due to uncomfortable mattress
Pros:

Clean, modern, and nicely decorated for Christmas. Lobby sitting area where breakfast is held is attractive, large and comfortable. Room was spacious and very clean. Convenient free parking and close to chain restaurants. Breakfast was decent.
Property has a nice pool, but it was constantly full of kids so not really suitable for adult use. Great if you are a kid or bring kids, though.

Cons:

Mattress was strangely uncomfortable. It was hard, but flimsy on the edges. Hard to fall asleep. Fridge in room or heating system made strange loud knocks in the early am
