The bed was comfortable but no pool to enjoy.
Pros:

Did not eat breakfast.

Cons:

The pool and work out facility were under construction. That was the reason I booked there. I was very disappointed.

Room for improvement!
Cons:

Desk clerk away from desk.
Elevator out of order. Had to ask for a room downstairs.
In room-
1 windows were unlocked.
The sink is an underground and was separating from the top.
Hall to room was HOT mind you we checked in at 10 pm
We used a entry door at the end of the building. The lock was missing meaning anyone could come into the property.
A/C was ok at best.
Overall appearance was 4 out of 10. This property needs an intervention.

Comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Almost like home away from home. Very comfy bed and pillows which made for a good night sleep.

The pool, jacuzzi and fitness center was closed and per the manager has been closed for six years! This is not noted on the website. The room we were given had a broken shower head that you then had to hold to take the shower. The same manager told us that she was still waiting for a part to have it fixed. There were only three channels on the tv that were able to be used. Then when we went to bed there were fleas in the bed. I reported all of this to the manager we then told us that the rain does bring in the bugs. She said she would work with booking.com to get us a refund but that has not happened.

Okay, but not planning a return.
Pros:

Location was good, easy access. Room was clean and adaquate.
Room was clean and about as expected.
Breakfast coffee was good, sausage and biscuits were acceptable.

Cons:

Pool, work out gym were inaccessible.
Tv, satellite fed, did not work for much of the evening, night and morning. Internet connection was spotty at best

We had leftover over food in our fridge when we checked in. There was a box of pizza and a drink. Our floors looked like they had not been cleaned.
