쓰레기 숙소와 부킹이 공생하는건가요?
Pros:

좋았던건 조금 일찍 체크인 했던거...

Cons:

참 재미난 곳입니다. 이곳에서 10월18일~23일 있었는데...
호텔측이 3성급이라 청소를 해도되고 안해도 된다는 곳이 이곳입니다. 사실그대로 알려드리겠습니다. 19일날 청소를 거절했고 그 다음날 20일 청소를 요청했는데 이불은 자던 이불을 다시 펼쳐 정리한게(이불보가 꾸길꾸길) 맞고 베게는 나가기전에 2개를 포게서 놓은 그대로 있고 화장실의 수건은 정말 쓰던걸 놓은거 같은 불길한 느낌이 들게 정리안되게(사진에 날짜와 시간 확인) 놓아져 있습니다. 그리거 다음날 21일 청소를 요청하고 나가기전 사진을 찍어 놓고 저녁에 돌아와보니 이게 청소를 한게 맞는건지 나가라고 하는건지 납득안되는 상황입니다. 이런상황에 부킹에 전날 신고를 햇는데 부킹에서 나몰라라 마치 아르바이트 콜 직원이 일하듯 불성실하게 전화받고 문제 해결안되고 심지어 환불진행 해줄듯하다 그서도 안해주고 지금까지 답을 안주고 있습니다. 호텔은 자신들 호텔은 3성이라 이렇다며 사과도없네요. 22일 더이상 청소를 맞기면 이불에 베게에 뭔짓을 할지 몰라서 청소를 거절하고 부킹의 처분을 기다렸는데...
아직까지 답을 안주고 있습니다. 처으 문제가 될때 사과하고 조치를 해주었으면 좋았는데 커튼이 중간 공간을 두고 닫혀지지 않아서 20일 애기를 했는데 이또한 애길해도 그대로 였기에 호텔에 얘기를 해봐야 안될거 같아서 부킹에 얘기를 햇는데 부킹에서 뭔짓을 했는지 호텔에선 부킹에서 얘기 들은적 없다하니 누가 거짓말을 하는지 모르겟습니다. 이 호텔도 문제지만 이번 여행을 하면서 부킹 서비스에 문제가 많다는 것을 알게되었습니다. 이전에는 이런 분제 즉각즉각 처리하더니 정말 아르바이트 통신원을 채용해서 그런가 부킹도 이 호텔도 문제네요. 언어 안되는거 알면서 책임자는 모두 영어를 해야한다면서 마치 해볼테면 해보란 식으로 통화하는데 정말 짜증나네요.

It was quite spacious.

It was kinda cold, at least for us and it could have been a little cleaner. The internent did not work smoothly.

Milý personál a ubytování jako celek předčilo očekávání. Možnost parkování ve dvoře. I přes umístění v centru Prahy byl v pokoji klid.

Cons:

Minimalistický průjezd na parkovací místa ve dvoře, ale s tím se bohužel nedá nic udělat. Auta rostou a domy se nafouknout nedají. Obzvlášť v historickém centru.
