Great hotel and staff 5*
Pros:

Great location situated right in the centre of the old town. Hotel immaculately clean, and staff really helpful and friendly. Gave us directions and what public transport to use to get to our attractions we wanted to visit.

Excellent hotel but very poor hard mattress
Pros:

The property was in a perfect location, very clean, great facility’s, room was big enough for 3 of us but the beds were very poor. The beds were the only downfall.

Cons:

The mattress was so hard. We all had very little sleep, which effected our time touring the city as were we aching and tired. We asked for toppers, which they gave us straight away but they made no impact.

AMAZING FRONT DESK TEAM!
Pros:

Booked a room for my mother and coordinated with the front desk since she doesn’t speak English or Polish. The team was amazing—very kind, responsive, and made sure my mom had a seamless experience. She arrived at 6am and was able to check in and rest, and as I’m an IHG Platinum member, the early check-in was kindly waived. Special thanks to Robert, Julia, and Joanna for their help. Overall, fantastic service and a wonderful team.

Great Location, but Not a 5-Star Experience
Pros:

While the location of this hotel is brilliant for exploring Krakow, the rest of the experience was underwhelming for a 5-star property. The hotel felt quite basic, and the lobby area was chaotic—at one point, there were people sleeping at the entrance while waiting for their rooms to be ready, which didn't create a great first impression.
I found the marketing of the spa slightly misleading; it is actually independent of the hotel and must be booked and paid for separately. We didn't eat at the hotel, but we did use the bar, where the service was extremely slow despite it being very busy.
There’s no denying it's in a perfect spot for getting around, but I doubt I would return as there are so many other, better 5-star options available in the city.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Hotel is in perfect location for city and many tour pick ups are right next door. Staff all through hotel are so helpful and happy. Rooms and communal spaces are clean and tidy. Rooms equipped with safe and hot drinks facilities. Fresh water is available by the lifts with rooms equipped with fridge to keep items cool.
Only had breakfast in hotel but there was a very good selection for all. Requested a take out one morning as we were out early and they provided a packed lunch that was great and welcome.
