Hotel absolutely amazing ideally located in the old town of Krakow, if you enjoy walking roughly 20-25 minutes there's the Jewish quarter and oskar schindler factory/museum across the river Vistula via any bridge definitely recommend.
The location is very good. Comfortable and quiet room if a little dated. Very helpful reception who allowed an early check in. Would stay again.
The hotel was in a great location, just a few minutes' walk to the main square, and around 15 mins or so from the Jewish Quarter. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was perfect: it was quiet, comfy and very clean; housekeeping came each day. We ate one evening in the bar/lounge, and both the food and service were excellent, and it was reasonably priced, too. Breakfast was excellent with a very good selection of hot and cold food. I couldn't fault anything about the hotel and would definitely stay there again should we visit Krakow.

However, there was an unpleasant smell in the room throughout our stay, which negatively affected the overall experience. In addition, our room was not cleaned on one day because a "Do Not Disturb" sign had apparently been left outside our door even though we had not placed it there. While the issue was addressed professionally, these factors unfortunately detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
The main issue was an unpleasant smell in the room, which was present throughout our stay and significantly affected our overall experience.
We also had a housekeeping issue when our room was not cleaned for one day because a "Do Not Disturb" sign had apparently been placed outside our door, even though we had not put it there. While the hotel apologized and provided a fruit basket the following day, the situation was still disappointing.
These issues unfortunately detracted from what would otherwise have been a very pleasant stay.
