This is a perfect hotel right in the heart of Krakow. The staff is truly excellent. The front office team, in particular, is incredibly helpful and welcoming. The Front Office Manager, Resident Manager, Guest Relations Manager, and the entire Food & Beverage team were all wonderfully warm, kind, and genuinely helpful — they made us feel like valued guests from the very first moment.
If you’re coming to Krakow for culture, sightseeing, and entertainment, this location is ideal. Everything is within easy walking distance, and for private tours, the companies pick you up right in front of the hotel. Transportation couldn’t be more convenient.
The breakfast is really good in terms of variety and quality. As a General Manager working for the same hotel group in another country, I was especially happy and proud to see our brand represented at such a high standard.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Krakow. You won’t be disappointed!
The location was good and it wasn’t too long of a walk to get to the main square.
My room was designed for a tall person. I’ve never seen a closet like it. I could barely reach the hangers. I decided not to use it. The bathtub was set so high I could barely climb around to get in or out. A shower would have been so much better, but I wasn’t asked for a preference. There was a charge for breakfast. It was around $20.00. I left a review before I left the hotel. One employee challenged me when I was checking out. I felt that it was inappropriate.

Very good location in the city, very nice and professional Team, every body giving its best to make you being well.
A modern hotel in a great location right next to the Old Town . Spacious , well-furnished rooms . Great bathroom . Impeccable cleanlines . Very good breakfast . The hotel has excellent
air conditioning ,so hot weather is not the problem . For the evening I recommend the superb bar ,which serves the best drinks in town . The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly . In my opinion it is the best hotel in the city
The location and accessibility with a car is very good. The hotel itself is very well organized and their staff is very friendly and attentive. Hotel restaurant offers qualify food in a comfortable setting. I will definitely plan my next stay in this hotel when in the area.
Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights with 2 rooms and enjoyed our time. The rooms are a great size and very clean. I know it’s a silly thing to love but it was nice to log into our Netflix at the end of the day and just relax too.
The beds are comfortable but the pillows are a little too big and hard…not a deal breaker though. The one thing we all hated was the bathroom window. Our bathroom windows faced right out to the front of the hotel and at night it was a little weird so we started turning g the lights off…thicker curtains are needed for sure.
The hotel is in a great location and walkable for everything.
Check-in was consistent. They offer a free umbrella if it’s raining. Their breakfast is over the top. If you want it, they have it. The pillows were huge-I did not like the pillow and unlike the US, all the pillows are the same. We also tested the gym which was good and specious.

Hotel is very convenient to the main square. The room was nice enough but the first thing I noticed is a carpet full of stains (in the hallways too). Perhaps at $130/night or so, it doesn’t pay for management to invest to get new carpeting throughout the hotel. I would pay a few dollars more per night for new carpeting so I could enjoy the room more but I’m not sure if I’m in the minority of guests. Breakfast was good — oatmeal and omelettes can be ordered. We didn’t have a great experience with the front desk but everyone at breakfast was great — Francisco, Maria and others. Not sure if I would return.
